Contacted sales person at City Auto about a F150 i was interested in. All involved were very helpful in putting together the numbers that fit my budget. Drove 3.5 hours to get there. Vehicle was as advertised. Closed the deal and drove it home. Sales team and finance guys were vert helpful. Would drive there again!

These guys are awesome. They are very friendly, stay close enough to ask them a question If you have one, but not in your face while you shop for your car, and don’t pressure you. if they don’t have what you’re looking for, the can find it for you and have it shipped in. For sure, you should go down to the Boro and check them out. Doug was our salesperson and he is very polite and helpful.

One of the easiest times I have had buying a vehicle. Marsalis was great to work with, very nice young man and answered all my questions. Kirk made the financing easy. Will definitely use again.

I bought 2 cars and the experience was horrible. The sales person was rude and aggressive only interested making a sale, got in a verbal exchange with the sales person. I ended up purchasing the vehicles anyway and one of them had a problem with the brake system. they changed a part that repaired one problem and caused another. I then took the car back. And They then supposedly changed another part then hand wrote a note on the repair invoice page saying the repair may or may not fix my issue and they will no further be responsible. Well.... they didn’t fix the problem and my brakes are still messed up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I definitely will never buy from them again!

We decided to see what kind of an offer City Auto would offer us on our BMW. We were apprehensive as we exped to be offered several thousand dollars less the the market value (we expected 30-40%). The final offer to buy our car was about $1,500 less then we would have gotten trying to sell it private party. Was very impressed with Candi and Jeremy. Sold the car and didn?t have to deal with tire kickers and haggling. Highly recomemd
