Purchased a vehicle over a year ago from AutoMaxx.

Purchased a vehicle over a year ago from AutoMaxx an decided I wanted to up grade!!! Best decision I could’ve made… it took a while to get me out of my 2013 5 series BMW but the definitely got me in the car that I came in for Which was the 2019 X4 BMW!!! Thanks Guys for making this deal go through!!!💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

The energy in the showroom during our visit was unlike

The energy in the showroom during our visit was unlike any other dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was clapping and cheering, music was playing, there were two families with their dogs, it just felt so positive and inviting vs the typically uncomfortable car sales environment. They were fast, informative and transparent, I was so thankful to have had such kind people to help me through what I expected to be a difficult process.

Our experience while we were at the dealership was

Our experience while we were at the dealership was generally good. Other than being a little disorganized (not knowing where the car we reserved an appointment to test drive was), everyone was friendly and kept us updated. However, they lost the key fob and cut a new one while we were there and let us know they would send us the fob in the mail. After calling inquiring about it three times, and being told once that they think it was sent, we have not received it still- it has been two months. Although it was clear we were not getting as much priority as those buying more expensive cars, I still expect there to be more timeliness and follow-through regardless of that. If you say you’re going to send me the fob that YOU lost, and keep me waiting for my test drive for an hour because you couldn’t find the car or the key, I expect, at the very least, the fob in the mail. It was a good experience gone bad.

Terri our sales lady was wonderful she took her time to

Terri our sales lady was wonderful she took her time to work with us and went though like 8 different cars before we found the prefect fit for us. I would highly recommend this dealer and sales lady Terri made this experience a very pleasant one and so easy. Thank you also to our finance lady she made that I think the most stressfully part of buying a car a breeze. Please go see these guys for your next car.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

All of the employees we came in contact with at Automaxx of the Carolinas was nice, friendly and helpful. Our experience there was nothing but great! Anything we asked for was not a problem. Our personal salesperson, Jose, was the absolute best ever of all of my car buying experiences. He went above and beyond in every way possible. Although our deal did not go through because of personal issues that transpired, the attitude of Jose was still the same as if I had bought the vehicle. Thanks to all of you at Automaxx of the Carolinas.

They have an exchange/return policy. Set pricing that is fair. And a built in pretty solid warranty! Better than most.

My experience

My sales man was great to David went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle I was satisfied with. My problem is that after getting the vehicle and driving it for only one evening and started it over heating and was pouring radiator fluid all over my driveway. The engine air filter was so bad it seemed as if it had never been changed dirt and dust showered out of it even after Flo. I had my vehicle towed into them on Thursday. I was informed that they would have the parts needed friday and it would be done on friday. The next day I called them again and been told that my vehicle would have been done Friday if the parts come in like they're supposed to if not the next day it is now Sunday and I have no ot heard a word about my vehicle. I have been without a vehicle for that long. When I called to speak with them the first time was because I needed to know if I needed to get a rental but I was told it would be done in a day so I didn't proceed with a rental. I had ok not had the car for less than half a week or so the radiator had so much stop leak in it when I opened it it looked like a jar of peanut butter I have pictures of this as well. There is a vibration and a rattling or buzzing noise in the streaming column that's been getting worsen and worse. The transmission sometimes shifts very violently or will continue in the same gear over revving untill finally it shifts. I wrote all this on my service agreement paperwork that was sitting right in the center console the vehicle when it was dropped off and I also told the first person I spoke with about the vehicle getting serviced on Thursday that told me it would be done in the next day all of these things as well. That person told me that an inspection was never done on the vehicle because they had just gotten it the day that I bought it and that they would be doing an inspection on it but afterwards they told me that the only thing that was wrong with it was again the water pump leaking radiator fluid still without a vehicle and have not heard anything from them. I traded in a perfectly good well-running maintained vehicle that was also very near and dear to my heart. I am very concerned about the previous owners regular upkeep or maintenance to this vehicle. I'm also very concerned about when I will get my vehicle back because I need to have a ride and I can't even get a hold of anyone because they're closed and I'm not hurt anything from them. Again I would like to mention that my salesman David did an outstanding outstanding job. Is what I was looking for and still is what I wanted but I am worried about underlying issues that I didn't have to worry about with the vehicle that I turned in for a trade.
