Most efficient trade/buy process I’ve ever experienced at a dealership, and I’ve bought/sold at least 30 cars. Ammon and Johnny were great.

My overall experience was great. Antonio is truly the best, he listened to me and assured me that he would help me get the car that i wanted and he did just that! This is my first car and I am beyond happy and appreciate Antonio for being so patient with me and helping me through this process!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sleazy place, with a sleazy manager. Has pictures on website that don’t match advertisement. Hounded us and wouldn’t give our personal car keys back. Waited 2.5 hours to be shuffled into the finance office when we made it clear we only wanted to talk numbers not sign and buy car, they didn’t care they harassed us further even going as far as following us outside when we told them no thanks. Shady place. They will not negotiate pricing. Asking for the internet price only locks in the online price. They also inflate the market value to give the illusion you’re getting a deal. As well as offering thousands below kbb value. They do not inform you of what information was submitted on your vehicle or what hurts it. Don’t recommend. We will be passing on our experience to everyone we know . Stay clear

Ammon was a very knowledgeable and wonderful person to deal with. He made the process very easy and actually listened to what I wanted. The service team is awesome they listened to my needs and their detail team is out of this world.i would highly recommend buying a car from Automaxx.

Found what I was looking for. I found the van of my Dreams from AutoMaxx Summerville. The staff made sure all of concerns was addressed and corrected. Beyond Happy is an understatement. Vacations Here We Come in our 15 passenger van. Thanks to All the people there that this possible!!

I inquired via the internet to pruchase a new car, these people pestered me for two weeks. I explained that I had financial problems due to COVID and unemployment. When it came time to run the numbers. they became rude, hostile and insulting. Telling me I would need $10,000 and that I had "other things" that stopped me from buying. Avoid these jerks if you have any credit or financial problems, they aren't your friends. Don't go here unless you want all your fiancial problems aired out in the show room. They want an easy sale.with perfect credit customers Might as well go to a real dealer.

Purchase was smooth and easy. Just make sure the car is detailed before signing. They kept overnight to detail and it was never done. My husband glanced inside and thought it was ok. No follow up or communication once we left the lot. Ended up having to detail ourselves. It was a disappointing experience.
