This dealership is a true slum place especially for a women shopping for a car alone.muchael Dangerfield and the service manager Josh are dirty people.i bought a truck 11/09/23 the warranty I bought and low jack was not good at all I tried to cancel it that following Monday and that's when my problem began.rhey agreed to fix items that was broken previously also overpriced warranty and staff that damaged my truck while in service lied and said I did it then refused to honor their 90 days warranty.after I canceled the over priced warranty.then Michael Dangerfield threatened to call the cops in me after iasked to fix the damages.then on top of that refused to help me at all my truck leaks water windows don't down 20,000+later I'm sorry I ever dealt with them that fake low jack coverage when I called the number didn't work that's why I canceled the extended warranty.refuse to honor the 90 days warranty.told me I was ruined his business that's why he's not doing anything to fix the truck I was ripped off.stay away from this dealership.didnt realized it's Johnny Suzuki Son real shaddy dealership I was warned from reviews but didn't listen.

Hidden fees
I was very happy with the car that I found and the sales man was very helpful but be careful of the hidden fees. The sales man told me that automaxx had all these nice extras that were included with buying a car from them, but i was actually charged and extra $795 for those nice extras and they slipped it in on the contract without me realizing. Also the finance guy was very chatty and didn't explain anything on the contract. He simply handed me a small hand held device where i signed electronically and i couldn't even see the full pages of what I was signing. It was my fault that I wasnt more careful what I was signing but I didn't realize they were sneak in extra fees without telling me.

Great Experience at Automaxx!!
On Friday 10/27/23, I stopped by Automaxx Car dealership to check out the pricing on used trucks. I, along with my friend was greeted by Nigel. Nigel, was very personable. He showed us trucks that were in our budget and went over and beyond to find the right vehicle and right pricing to meet our budget. Our overall experience at Automaxx was great and our Sales person Nigel was awesome!!

They are very dishonest about the cars they sell.
They are very dishonest about the cars they sell. I would never deal with these crooks again. I got a 2015 Durango that didn’t las a year before it left me stranded. They lie about the work they do to repair the vehicles before they sell them. Then did not stand behind the work. After they saw a bad review they called me and acted as if they just didn’t know about my problems. It’s a joke.

Smoke and mirrors
What a difference a day makes, only had the car 214 miles and the safety features are all malfunctioning. I too was charged hidden fees and the bumper is scuffed. Within my 7 day return will update Tuesday.
