People very good to work with

Had an issue to clear up about a benefit I was due. Rusty Wilson, a salesman for Germain listened and very quickly resolved to issue in my favor. He cut through possible red tape and gave me a favorable answer kin just a few minutes.

Love my car, disappointed with Damon Shorterage

Rusty Wilson sold me my car and was totally fantastic. He was knowledgeable and helpful in every way. My experience at the dealership was very positive, but since I left it has been a complete hassle. I was told that canceling my extended warranty would be extremely simple, so I bought it, being unsure if I needed it. I have been trying to cancel it for nearly two months. I left half a dozen phone messages for Damon Shorterage before I got a hold of him. He then told me he took care of the issue at hand, which he has still not done -- three weeks later. Kindness at the time of sale is important, but following through afterwards is far more crucial, as it speaks of what really motivates. I am beyond disappointed.

Fantastic first car experience

Terry is definitely a pleasure to work with when buying your first car; he is to the point and knowledgeable of the product he is selling. He worked with my mother and I to find my first new car purchase and diligently worked with the finance team to agree on a price that worked for me. I would definitely recommend Terry Johnson to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda or to just check out what the Mazda lineup has to offer.

Excellent experience

Rusty is a true professional, knowledgeable, and very nice to talk with. Tim did a wonderful job pinch hitting when Rusty was busy. Everyone here is first rate. There was never any pressure to buy now or buy more than we wanted.

Courteous, professional, and honest

Our experience was as pleasant as we could have hoped for. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and were most interested in helping us get the car we wanted at the price we were looking to pay. Never felt any pressure to move too quickly or to upgrade (or settle) for something I didn't want. Thanks to the entire staff, and looking forward to having a relationship with them in the future.

Real Professionals

Every individual that I came upon at Germain Mazda was kind, courteous, and helpfull. Rusty is a complete professional, relaxed and so easy to talk to. There was absolutely no pressure, everyone was simply there to help you get exactly what you wanted every step of the way. I really enjoyed meeting Rusty, Tim and Sonny and would absolutely consider them friends. I can't recall his name, but a shout out to the young man in sales that was a graduate of Columbus Academy and Miami, a nice young man. Also to Sonny's son who cleans and buffs up the cars, a great kid that really pays attention to detail. Thanks again Rusty, you have earned my highest praise and reccomendaton.

Happy with my experience at Germain

I'm driving a 2016 CX5 Mazda - red with parchment leather interior - and I'm very happy! I shopped around at another Mazda dealership and test drove comparable Hondas & Jeeps but what sold me was based on two things: I loved all the features of the car and how the people at Germain treated me. I'm a 60 year old female and appreciate how sincere they were in asking for my business. No creepy car sales approach at Germain. I was treated well and I would recommend this dealership - and this car -- to everyone looking for a great car buying experience.
