Exceeded all my expectations
Brittany is a wonderful sales person. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful beginning with the test drive until the deal was closed on my 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. It is a beautiful car and I am really enjoying driving it. Zoom-Zoom!! Some of the other Mazda dealers in the Columbus area (no names mentioned here...) need to take some lessons from the wonderful folks at Germain Mazda!

"Our first Mazda"
My wife and I had been searching for a new smaller car that would eventually serve as the first car for our son. We loved everything the Mazda 3 brought to the table as far as reliability and safety ratings. We probably visited 10 different dealerships 3 different Mazda dealerships and Brittany and the staff at Germain were far and away more professional than any other dealership we went to. It was a car buying experience never fun no matter how you look at it but they made it enjoyable!!

Great experience

Best car buying experience ever!
Brittany and the people at Germain were so helpful and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure and no games! The past 2 vehicles I purchased (from other dealerships) each took 6 weeks from the time I first visited (and was ignored because I'm a woman) to the time they called me with the price I wanted all along. Brittany worked hard to get me a fair value for my trade and the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. I will be back!

Awesome car buying experience
Terry Johnson, Tim Nilsen and Damon Shorterage helped make our car buying experience a great experience. Terry Johnson was patient, and he spent a lot of time answering our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda 6 and took the time to show us how to operate all the features on our new car. Terry even installed our floor mats! Tim Nilsen and Damon Shorterage provided all of the information we needed in order to select the right car at the right price. I highly recommend Germain Mazda and this great team of professionals.

Pleasant experience -- how often can you say that?
Generally I have low expectations in buying a new or used car. Terry made the whole thing quite pleasant -- no hard pressure, just earnestness. He's knowledgeable about the car (Mazda 3 in my case) and if he doesn't know an answer, he'll generally hunt it down. He's gone out of his way to make himself available to answer questions and earn my business. And he's respectful of my many little issues and concerns (I'm very much the geeky IT guy, with lots of little questions the average consumer won't ask -- Terry handled them with respect and honesty -- even though in some cases he didn't know the answer right away.) Recommended.

Mazda CX-5 Purchase
