Terry was extremely helpful and transparent with me. He took time with me to not only, explain the features and qualities of the car, but also the features and nuances that go along with a new car purchase loan/lease. I originally left Germain with intent to move forward with another dealership, but it was the warmth of the entire staff, along with Terry's kind and straight-forward service approach that brought me back to Germain. The entire staff was very kind and had great customer service. They were very accommodating to my schedule and situation, and went over every detail with me to insure that all of my questions were answered. Upon my purchase, they still took time with me to accommodate and insure that I was comfortable with the entire process. I would definitely recommend them over every other Mazda dealer in Columbus. It was a great experience, solely because of the people there.

From start to finish, Germain Mazda, and, in particular, Terry Johnson were great to work with. A great experience started with solo test drives (no employee accompaniment) and ended with a great Mazda 6! I received what I feel was a extremely fair price and received more money on my trade-in than I expected. This is our second car from the Germain family (the other is a Lexus). Across the board, their level of service, professionalism and knowledge is unmatched.

Damon went well beyond expected. The dealership offered me a free donor vehicle for a week until my vehicle arrived. The current car that I had blew a head gasket and was not work repairing.

Germain Mazda was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this dealership to our friends. We bought the CX5 All WD because of the "blind spot" feature. We were interested in Honda and Subaru but chose Mazda for this reason. We hope in future models this model would include the "lane detection" system.

Experience was fine. Problems occurred with the fog...

Experience was fine. Problems occurred with the fog lights not working on the 2014 Mazda CX5 we were purchasing. This issue was resolved. Extended delay occurred to meet with the finance manager to purchase the car. We were not expecting this long of a delay with a cash purchase. The delay actually made us late for another commitment we had that afternoon. Further explanation prior to the purchase of items needed to receive the Mazda loyalty discount (vehicle registration) and the OhioHealth Discount Program (S Plan) would have been beneficial.
