We had a great experience purchasing a new Mazda CX-9...

We had a great experience purchasing a new Mazda CX-9 from Germain Mazda. It started with internet and email communications, and culminated in our purchase at the dealership. Tim and Rusty provided us with great pricing and were able to take care of some aftermarket items as well. They communicated well and made the whole experience comfortable. Rusty's service after the sale has been unparalleled, certainly as good if not better than buying from a luxury car dealer. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know that's interested in buying a car!

Our experience at Germain Mazda was fantastic. Lew was prompt in greeting us, we went out on the test drive, sat down at his desk and got things squared away quickly. Sonny was fantastic during the financial segment of the purchase. He very thoroughly explained the process and made sure that we understood absolutely everything that was presented and everything that we were signing. This was hands down our best dealership experience to date. Thanks, Germain Mazda and Team!

Our experience with Germain Mazda of Columbus was tremendous. We were greeted with a friendly smile as soon as we walked in the store. All of the staff was very hospitable the whole time we were there. Our Salesman Rusty Wilson was extraordinary,he norrowed down what our needs were and let us compare cars untill we were satisfied with the type of car we wanted. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We know we have found a very good salesman and also a very good friend. We will definetly be returning customers.

Met all needs and went further!

The dealer gave us the out-the-door price and everything in detail. They built a solid reason for us to deal business with them. No tricks, no games and the salesperson Rusty met expectations and went farther! This experience was the best I've seen, which I went with people buying new and used cars. Also the question of why we don't need oil changes every 3000 miles, was explained very well. Since common knowledge says otherwise but since there is advancement with oil. It is no longer needed, since it is like water and doesn't build up like regular oil does.

It went past expectations and did it in a very honest way. Any questions was explained in good details. Rusty was the best salesperson I've ever seen and very refreshing how much he cares about his job. I been with quite a few people buying new and used cars and this was top notch experience. Even with some little issues, the finance guy had to leave early, it was done very well.

Very unhappy about the lack of communicate. I took my new car in for an oil change and encounterd a very rude service advisor. There was no follow and I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or colleagues.

We are sincerely disappointed that any customer had a less than exceptional experience at our store, but we greatly appreciate the feedback. The General Manager had a productive and informative conversation with this particular client that resulted in beneficial changes to our internal processes. These changes ensure that there will be no more miscommunication issues in the future. We are grateful that the customer was able to make us aware of this situation, because we have become a better dealership as a result. These guys are just cool. The moment I walked in, Tim, the sales manager was extremely helpful and friendly, and this was when I wasn't even committed to buying a new car yet. He helped out with financing and lease information, and and worked out all the issues with my financing to give me the best deal possible. Sonny and Rusty were also amazing. Sonny was clear and concise when explaining add ons and stuff. This was my first car and they all made sure that I had the best experience possible. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. The difference between this one and the others I went too was huge.

My experience with Germain Mazda was nothing short of...

My experience with Germain Mazda was nothing short of outstanding. During my search for a new vehicle, I worked with no less than 12 different sales people and Damon Shorterage was by far the most patient, courteous, and honest individual with whom I met. He took time on multiple occasions to thoroughly answer my questions and help me find the right car. Damon worked within my budget, and was straightforward when he felt a deal would or would not be in my best interests and meet my criteria. As the other reviews on the site attest, Germain is a rare trusted partner in a sea of questionable customer experiences. I would recommend them highly to all of my family and friends.

I would like to personalize my Mazda 3 SkyActiv by adding the accessories I feel are commensurate with my line of work and lifestyle. I provided a list of items I would like to add to my new Mazda 3 and all three professionals returned my call and followed through as time permits. Service is critical to me because I am busy and deliberate in what I ask. For me my car is a both a tool and a solution, therefore I can appreciate that I am treated no different now than when I was in the market to purchase the car. Owning a car and being aligned to a particular dealership as well as a car brand has everything to do with the buyer's experience. I am excited about owning another Mazda and working with this dealership because they have not been any less enthusiastic about getting me the necessary information to meet my goals in this area, than when I signed on the dotted line. I have reached out to others because of the experience from Germain Mazda is affirming and the products are outstanding with a great back story. Like most I depend on my transportation, the budding relationship with this dealer is a secure feeling out here.
