Skyler was SUPER helpful in making my decision easy on which dealership to buy from! I went onto the lot, not really expecting to buy anything. I drove off the same day in a BRAND new Jeep Compass. I LOVE IT!! Skyler was very professional. Justin in the Finance department was AWESOME! The deal for the car happened on a Saturday and Justin called me back on Monday telling me that he was actually able to get me better financing for my vehicle! I've always been on edge at auto dealers, I've had bad experiences in the past at other agencies. Planet Dodge in Flagstaff however proved to be different. Sure, these guys want to sell you a car & yes you have to dance the dance with them, but that's to be expected. I was able though to negotiate a deal with them in person & over the phone that did not change when I arrived at the dealership. In the end I was very pleased with the deal we struck. These guys worked hard to drop the vehicle purchase price down to where I was comfortable with it, along with giving me the highest trade-in value on my old vehicle. The finance dept explained things to me in detail, offered the extended warranty to me without being pushy and helped me get a good interest rate on the financing. They made it clear that their policy is to be transparent & above board throughout the buying process. I would certainly recommend planet dodge to my friends.
