Planet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT (Sold)

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall was because there was no follow-up on the online scheduling and this is the second time this has happened with me. Have to call directly.

I worked with Larry Landry and he was great. He went above and beyond what we needed. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

we went to Planet Chysler and we. the Dodge Advenger that i saw online was not avaiiable, we were told there was a leak from the engine so they point us to a trailblazer and that is what we purchased. Robert was our sales person and from our point of view he gave us outstanding customer service and that goes for everybody at Planet. I will give everyone 5 stars. Thank you

We shopped and found the vehicle we wanted online, after reviewing the Jeep and the dealership websites. We then got an email and call from the internet salesperson, who was very helpful and well informed. Previously we had visited the dealership and had trouble getting attention from the floor sales staff. When we finally got attention, the salesperson was very helpful but not very aware of Jeeps. We set up an appointment, went in with the information from the webpage and purchased the vehicle. Total time, including the financing was about 2 hours. Both the sales person and the finance person were very helpful, well informed and friendly. We would certainly go back.

After hearing about the new Dodge Jeep store in town, I decided to Ho by and check it out. The staff was unbelievable and helpful! So knowledgeable and courteous! I work in the medical field where I deal with patients and different people everyday, I always try to give good service and that's exactly the kind of care and treatment I got at Planet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Thanks to the sales staff and management for giving me such a wonderful experience and I most definately will be coming back! I wi be telling all my hospital co-workers as well about the best place to shop for a car in Flagstaff! Kudos to you all!!
