It was the most relaxing experience we have ever had in a car dealership. Everyone was happy, kind, knowledgeable and very nice!! DUSTINE HEDE was our sales guy, and he was the most respectful young man we have seen in a while. The General Manager, Nevin Foster, greeted us at the door and immediately had Dustin pull up the truck we wanted. The deal was made and Weston Foster, in Finance was AMAZING as well. Can't say enough great things about our experience!!

Mr. Amani is the very best he took his time with me explained everything all my questions he answered and I felt very comfortable and he showed me several different options that would be best for me I am so happy this Dodge is the second dodge in a month and a half I’ve Botton and I’m looking at down the road by in either a Dodge are a jeep for my niece for college I’m not happy I can go to camp Penilton I’m retired from the military and get a good deal but yet I will come over here to buy

Fast service and very knowledgeable. Employees are very friendly and quick to assist. I appreciate their advice and keep me updated on future needs for my vehicles; I own two Dodge vehicles which one I purchased from Planet Dodge in Flagstaff, AZ.

1) Service tech was very nice but did could not remember request I made. Ask what kind of oil a customer wants - do not assume. 2) Cashier was very rude. Was on personal phone call, pointed to payment pad & never said a word.

Unable to give ZERO stars. I have had the absolute WORST experience EVER! I really wanted a Jeep so I bought it here. Yuri Trump was my sales person. The WORST, most pushy sales person I have ever experienced. I almost didn't get a Jeep just because he was so horrible, but I broke down and purchased the car I wanted, even though it killed me to give him a sale. Weston was my finance person and he was WONDERFUL. I didn't want to buy the night I was there because MY car that I was trading in needed to be cleared out, but I let them talk me in to it. I use it for work and had a ton of event stuff in it. Yuri was supposed to take the car to my house so I can unload it, but by the time we finished the paperwork it was going on 9pm and there was no one left at the dealer ship to follow him over. I was PROMISED that I could leave my belongings IN the car and come at a later date to clean it out. I had a bunch of work supplies, a canopy, personal belongings etc in it. I didn't want to do that, but they assured me everything would be safe and fine. They were aware I was going out of town for the weekend. Fast forward to the next week when I could go get my belongings. I had been in constant contact with the dealership so they were aware I still needed to come get my things. I called to make a time to pick them up and Vanessa (very nice customer service rep) had put me on hold to check. She came back and told me that they had SOLD my car with all my belongings IN IT! I had my son's letters from boot camp were in there, my sons High School Year books, work items and more! I am so angry and beside myself. If I could take the Jeep back and be done with this company I would! Stay away! Once they have your money, they could care less about you. ALL of my personal and work belongings are gone and there is nothing I can do about it.

Steel was helpful and super patient when purchasing our new 2016 Jeep Patriot. Everything worked out great between our trade and purchase. I waited a couple weeks to write a review but Planet is by far my favorite dealership in town. They have created such a homey little environment there.

Because of our previous vehicle being involved in an accident and declared a total loss, we were put in the predicament of finding another car that would suit our needs. Steel Simmonds at Planet CDJFR was the guy to help. He was patient and pleasant the entire time we were looking. He never pushed us to do anything, he just let us go through the process and answered questions.
