Horrible Service!
Lousy service for our vehicle. Bought the max life-time warranty and the service has been terrible. Can't rely on the information from the service department. Now the General Manager is not returning my calls. They have had my vehicle for a week and haven't heard from the four days. Please don't purchase a car there and if you do, don't be tied to their service.

Responsive to inquiry, honest answer
Returned my email promptly and followed up with a call. Was honest about availability of a Honda Pilot. Car was unavailable because Hood was being repainted. Nice to have an honest answer. Much appreciated even though I did not buy that car.

Great experience
I recommend Peyton Bauman. He was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep wrangler that I bought. The whole experience was very smooth and easy. He was able to show me several options and helped me get into the Jeep I wanted.

Christmas Miracle!!!
On our way from Phoenix to Kansas we topped off our diesel and immediately got a "water in fuel filter" warning light. We knew it was an extreme long shot that anyone would still be around at 5:30 in service, but Michael rallied his troops and found a wonderful young man still at the dealership. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, but this young man had us back on the road in less than an hour! Our family is so grateful for their patience and gracious service. Many thanks and God Bless!

My first new vehicle ever.
Went to Planet Dodge trepidaticious not knowing if my credit was good enough but lo and behold drove out with my new Dart less than two hours later. Its been an awesome vehicle would recommend this dealership to anyone in my position.

The Worst Service Ever....Multiple Times: BEWARE!
On our brand new 2016 Jeep, 1) the carpet was cut short in the front and cargo areas. Carpet would come out and craftsmanship was a big flag of poor quality. (2) The ignition switch as binding when turning the vehicle off. (3) Both front doors would leak during routine car washes. This was not particular to just one car wash. First Visit, we had a 9:30 appointment!.: Upon entering the garage, I was approached, not greeted by the service rep. He did not smile, did not greet me with a hello, good morning or anything. I just had to start telling him we had an apptmt. and proceeded to show him the issues. I had to ask for his name (Josh) as he also was not wearing a name tag. So of the three issues, the short cut carpets, the binding ignition, the only thing they had to confirm, were the water leaks as Josh already confirmed the first two issues. After two hours and no word from anyone while I waited in the waiting room, I asked for my service rep. He showed up looking bothered and I said I had been waiting two hours with no word. Josh said, that he had some other vehicles he had to take care of first....wow! My Jeep was not in for repairs, but for it to be inspected and then confirm the issues so appropriate parts could be ordered. When I originally entered the waiting room a little after 9:30 am, there was only one other party there. After two hours, there was about four of us. After about another 20 minutes, a service tech came out with the work order and reviewed it with me. Mind you, it's been almost 2.5 hours and they are just now beginning to look at my work order. I expected him to now get my Jeep looked at, but NO. I could see my Jeep was still parked in the parking lot. After about another 20 minutes I sought help by going a step above and talked to the service manager. He was just leaning against the counter doing nothing, but smiled as he gave me more excuses and brushed it all off as really not a big deal. He'd look into it.....sure! Another 30 minutes past and I asked for the GM, who apparently was not in his office at the moment. I asked the sales person if he could please have the GM see me when he came in, but he never did. They eventually ran my Jeep through their car wash (must have taken at least 5 minutes) and confirmed the water leaks. They said they were going to order all the parts and they should get back to me at the beginning of the week. This fist visit took over three hours and 10 minutes!!! Parts Dept. called on Monday and said they had the parts in....I thought that was fast. So when I asked if he had everything, he stated he only had the front carpets. I told him there was more carpet, and ignition cylinder and new door seals that needed to be ordered too. He said he'd get back to me, but never did. Nor did anyone else. I called two weeks later and it was clear they had forgotten about us. They started the order over. 2nd Visit: Gave us a loaner car for the day. As it turns out, they couldn't get all the work done in one day, so it took three! We had to return to Sedona and drive around this loaner. We also were required to pay for all the gas, even though we had to drive our new Jeep 2 hours round trip and add over 200 miles to have work done, that should never had to be done to a new vehicle in the first place. When we went to pick up our Jeep, Josh started to show us all the carpet that was replaced. I said, this was not replaced, as there was our dogs hair and garden compost all over the original carpet. They only replaced the passenger mat and the back seat. The back seat, WAS NOT an issue. So they did work I never complained about. The driver's side and the cargo carpet had not been done. 3rd Visit: So they claimed they had to order the cargo carpet and driver's side. When the work was supposed to be completed, we got a call stating there was an accident on the I-40. This apparently was true, but during the first visit, we also got an excuse that there service tech

Great Service on service department
The service staff was extremely helpful and had such positive attitudes! They got me in and out as fast as possible! I would recommend them to anyone!
