Recently bought a Kia Soul + after researching the car and warranties. Jerry Gibson at the Honda lot was great and even went to the Kia lot with me. Kedrick Cleveland (my salesman) at the Kia lot was fantastic! I test drove the car and had the paperwork signed in a couple of hours. This will be my one stop automobile shop for the future. Will was very courteous from the time we met, until I drove the car away from the dealership. Robert was very nice, with an awesome personality. My sister went along for the test drive and was impressed with him as well. I think we have found a new dealership and would recomend Walker Buick to others.

I recently bought my fifth vehicle from Walker Automotive. I have always had a good relationship with the sales staff, and the service department has always worked to repair or maintain my vehicles when they needed service. Otherwise, I would have not been back. Ricky Beard does and great job in sales.

The buying process was nice... the service is not so good.. thay charge for things that should be covered under warrenty.. If you buy a car from them make plans to take it out of town to a differant dealer to get service..

Tim Dale could not have been more concerned about our satisfaction in our purchase of our pre-owned car. He did make it easy and convenient. We just told him what we were looking for and when one arrived on the lot, he called us to come take a look.... And the car is great... Just what we wanted... All our questions were answered and concerns addressed. By the way, this was my fourth (4th) auto to purchase from Walker Big Lots..... All my experiences have been excellent as the cars are....
