The experience was great, no pressure from the sales lady or finance. The service center looked like a place i would like to work. Air condition and the waiting area was nice if i wanted to wait on repairs. Overall very nice place.

Two things the truck that I bought need some repairs and I been whit out a truck for the last 3 days and when ever I get it back I need to buy 2 new tires the ones on the truck are worn out and I did not notice, never bought a certified car whit out good tires. I contacted a sales representative by the name of Frank Cicero. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle for my son. There was nothing on the lot at that time that fit my needs. Mr. Cicero told me that since he knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for, he would contact me should the dealership come into possession of one. He called me a few weeks later and told me that the dealership had just taken in a pick up truck on trade and that it was what I was looking for. He was right because I purchased the truck the next day. Mr. Cicero saw to my every need and was very professional through out the whole process. And I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased.
