Expect the Unexpected at Preston VW...

Preston Volkswagen in Boardman, Ohio provided me with the ability to confidently share with other customers to expect the unexpected when having to either bring their cars in for service or looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Due to the above and beyond customer service, the knowledgeable employees, fantastic and thorough work ethic, ability to meet each customer where they are, expertise in defining terminology in a way for customers to understand, the best deals within a 250 mile radius for new/used vehicles, and providing customers with such a positive experience instilling the confidence to come back in the future and recommend this dealership to friends and family. Most importantly, Preston VW allows previous customers, like myself, to express to others that they can expect the unexpected. My experience and overall evaluation of Preston VW was concluded after having to sit in the dealership for two whole days due to having my car break down in the middle of a road trip and having no where to go and not being able to get picked up by anyone to go home and come back when they finished working on my car. So my findings are based on the customers I saw come and go and the interaction between the customers and employees. There is one specific person that made my experience one I will never forget, cherish forever and always truly appreciate. Estevan Suarez, endowed with endless amazing traits and skills classifying him as one of the best salesman I have ever encountered. He worked with me all day, met my every need, provided me with a vast amount of knowledge and understanding related to new and used vehicles, and made sure that he answered every question I had. If he did not have an answer or was not 100% positive, he went directly to his manager to provide me with an absolute answer. Estevan Suarez is the primary reason I was able to purchase my first vehicle on my own. Additionally, he provided me, first time buyer, with an immediate sense of comfort, trust, confidence, and belief that this was about me and providing me with the best possible outcome; it was not about providing himself with the best possible outcome. The last thing I would have ever expected to experience at Preston VW is something I hope others can begin to expect after hearing my story. Thank You!

Amazing Salesman

My Jetta broke down on my way home from Ohio to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I got it towed to the Preston VW dealership in Boardman Ohio, and had my black lab with me. While I was there I decided to look at the possibility of purchasing a new car and trading in my old car. I found a used 2016 VW Tiguan that was for sale and shared my interest about this specific vehicle with the salesman,Estevan Suarez. He was phenomenal and extremely helpful from the beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable and had answers for so of my questions, if he wasn't positive he made sure he came back to me with a definitive answer. But, when I decided to go for a test drive Estevan opened the back door for my black lab and was so great to her. When I decided that I wanted the car, Estevan, his manager Rick, and the finance manager Christina, went above and beyond to make everything work out because there were complications. They all remained patient and understanding. They were extremely efficient, completed everything quickly, took the time and explained everything so I completely understood all the details, and did it all with a smile. I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed this experience of buying a new car; I will always remember this day and these three employees specifically.

Working hard to restore VWs reputation

I've not been a big fan of this dealership in the past, but I realize now it was an oversight on my part to miss that this is not under the Stadium banner anymore. We are on our third VW, and have had some hiccups with this. Mainly a part went out, three times, and the last of which was while we were two hours from home. The dealership down near Columbus fleeced us royally - blamed Preston for our woes - and sent us on our way. The problem is, they didn't fix the problem, and between Columbus and home we lost two quarts of oil. Needless to say we felt upset, and reached out to Preston. I can't begin to say how impressed we are with Jayson and the entire service staff at Preston. I had contacted VW of America, I had tried contacting the Columbus dealership and the only guy to help make this right was someone who wasn't involved in the first place! Jayson took the time to walk me back and show exactly what the issues were, what had and had not been done, and even went so far to take it on himself to try and get the other dealership involved to discuss what happened (spoiler - they didn't return calls). Jayson has been great. Also shout out to Barry, always great at getting us in and out quickly and answering anything we have.

great service

Chad and the finance manager went above and beyond their jobs to get us a car and on the road ...we were having trouble getting proof of insurance and they helped us with everything even though it wasn't their job...

Great experience!

We recently purchased a new 2018 VW Tiguan from Preston Volkswagen. The entire process was flawless and simple! Our sales representative, Chad Boofer, was great and very helpful. He helped us choose exactly what model would fit our needs and answered all of our questions. My husband and I felt comfortable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. Christina Showers, from the finance department, was also a great help and assisted us with all of our finance questions. We will definitely be purchasing another car at Preston Volkswagen and recommend this dealership hands down!

Great service.. No pressure sales!

Great service..no pressure sale. Friendly staff! Would buy another car from them. Great deal on our car.. Chad was our salesman with no pressure. Stayed after hours to wrap up the sale. Thanks again..

Honesty is the best policy!

Going into the sale I was a bit neverous because of my first purchase with VW. I want told everything and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Chad, of VW Preston, changed that experience 100%. He told me everything I needed to know was able to get me into a brand new car for a lower payment.
