Second car I've bought here

This is the second car I've bought at Preston, both times with Chad. There were some unusual circumstances with my purchase, and Chad was extremely helpful and patient. He went out of his way to get my car here quickly. I will be back for any future needs I might have. Thanks Chad!

Very patient and helpful!

I came in at 3pm on a Saturday and Brandon was so helpful. He stayed for 2 hours after closing to finish everything and I couldn't be happier with my car or the service. Everyone at Preston was so nice and took the time to help me out.

Very easy and comfortable to deal with. Very friendly folks.

Fast fair and honest. Chad was great to work with. He did not try and sell me something but helped me buy what I wanted.

Great overall experience

Had a great overall experience at Preston VW in Boardman. Brandon Samuels was great to deal with, friendly, likeable and very helpful during the considerable amount of time we spent at the dealership. Will be glad to recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting a new or used vehicle. Our experience with Christina Showers was absolutely outstanding!! She worked to get us the best possible outcome for financing, that not only met our needs but actually saved us a bit. Thanks for a great experience,.

Love Jeeps

I am a Jeep girl.. so when I saw the Jeep on Preston VW website I knew I had to have it. Chad Boofer made the buying process so easy for me. He did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. Most of the paperwork was done before I got there, making the buying process painless! I highly recommend Chad Boofer and always recommend him and Preston VW to everyone I know! !

Customer for life

I'm currently on my 3rd leased V-dub from Preston Volkswagen. Thinking back to my first experience walking in I was sceptical and prepared for a complete mental beat down. However we were quickly welcomed to the dealership by Chad Boofer who was very chill and knew everything about their line up answered every question we had with ease, even the curveballs I threw at him I couldn't stump him. To my surprise I was actually having fun at a dealership for that reason I keep coming back and keep asking for Chad. If your looking for a refreshing car buying experience go to Preston Volkswagen ask for Chad you will not be disappointed. I'll be back each and every time I'm in need of a vehicle.

Review of Bob Bezzaro and the process of leasing

I came to Preston Motors looking to lease a Jetta. Bob Bezzaro showed me the car that I leased within the next two days. I was happy with the whole leasing process. The sales manager was friendly and easy to help me reach a deal to lease the Jetta. I was fast traked through the process on my second visit to Preston Motors. The lady who completed the paperwork for the car was pleasant and swift to complete a pile of forms necessary to complete the lease. I want to thank Bob and this woman for making my experience a pleasant one. I am looking forward to my experience with the service department in the future.
