I just bought a brand new VW Atlas and couldn’t be happier with the car and experience! Gene Valentino is a kind and dedicated salesperson, and sales manager John Rapko ensured that the purchase went smoothly. I am a very particular customer who took about six weeks to decide what I wanted, but these guys worked patiently with me every step of the way. They were always supportive and respectful, and never pressured me. Ans now I have the perfect vehicle! Highly recommend this dealership!

Had a great experience @ Boardman Volkswagen recently. Tyler sold me a 2019 Jetta. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole process He has followed up with a call to make sure all is going good with the car. He is the perfect salesman.

Cortland was very perceptive and quick to answer any questions we had. When we got to the dealership he already had the car pulled up front with the keys so that we could get the process started without any hassle. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy what-so-ever and everyone was so easy to work with and very friendly. So happy to be back in the Volkswagen family!

I was emailed to see if I was still interested in a vehicle. The email was; "STILL INTERESTED??????" I replied if they could meet my expectations. The attitude reply from the dealer was; "I understand you have expectations, but unfortunately it looks like nobody can meet those expectations or we wouldn't be having this converstion. You would have bought already because you are shopping different dealers already. We would love to earn a NEW customer, not selling you a vehicle does nothing for us. But we have to have some realistic expectations. For the numbers you want are you willing to go to a lower packaged Tiquan or maybe even a Certified Pre-owed? " Cortland Perry Thing is, I was going to call after Christmas to work on a cash deal without the trade-in but looks like I'll be shopping elsewhere.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan today. Braydon Micaletti was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and so willing to go the extra mile for us. He was also very personable. Looking for an off lease Certified VW Jetta. After dealing with three other VW dealerships; with no luck. I found the color and model I was looking for at Preston. No pressure easy to deal with and a good price.
