I bought Toyota Sienna from them and I was lucky to see the sales person Arifeen. He was very friendly, professional and cooperative. I was searching online for a used Audi and found a listing with MAO. I arranged a Skype session with Arifeen Shamim to get a feel for the vehicle, and felt very good about dealing with him - professional and responsive. The first car I was interested in ended up being sold to another buyer, but it turned out that MAO had another AUDI that also fit my buying criteria. Got in touch with Arifeen again, did another very helpful Skype session, and this time was able to conclude a purchase. I had the car shipped to me in NC and Arifeen was again able to follow up on the necessary arrangements for pick up by the auto transport company. Once the car was delivered I was able to confirm that all the representations Arifeen made regarding the condition of the vehicle were spot-on accurate.

Arifeen is a great sales person. Not pushy, and lets you make up you mind on your own. I have not financed a car in years, and I was impressed with the process. I was there no more than 2 hours, did the test drive, filled out the paperwork, and went home with my truck. To me the car buying process is a pain in the butt. My car buying experience was excellent. I contacted over the email and USAA regarding the 7 seater RAV 4. I only saw the vehicle on the internet and I was contacted by Arifeen Shamim. All I can say that Arifeen is the best sales person I have met virtually and personally. Arifeen is very knowledgeable and possess excellent customer service skills. David was extremely helpful and willing to work with me to make the deal happen. I came in prepared to buy and left initially without a vehicle, wanting to make sure the decision wasn't impulse. David put absolutely no "pressure" to buy right now on me. He was helpful in showing me several vehicles. I have known about this dealer for a while, and even went with a friend years ago to get his car. I came in to look at a Tahoe but found that a Grand Cherokee suited my families needs better. I did follow the instructions, I filled out the application. Nobody called Me . So after 3 weeks I called the dealership. The salesperson, said that he was not at his desk. He stated that he would contact Me after he got to his desk, .I guess after two weeks he is still Not at his desk.
