Excellent painless experience

We went in to test drive a mazda miata for our son. Ammar was quick, professional and genuine. We were able to quickly negotiate a price and make a clean deal. While my son was out test driving the car I had a long chat with Ammar and found him to be very polite, not pushy and quite honest. I am always nervous about working with a used car salesman but he definitely put us at ease and was very sincere. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Ammar.

Sold a broken car

I held off on posting a review to see how my car turned out. Here is what happened. Went to D.C. searching for a car that could fit my budget and be in decent shape. The whole experience was painless. Edwin, who eventually sold me the car, was actually very helpful and let me check out the cars at my own pace. I ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Maxima which I enjoyed - for about 2 hours. While driving back home, the car began to overheat, so I turned on the heater and decided to get it checked out. Took it to a dealership and they said the thermostat was stuck - OK, fixed that. $350. Went to get the oil changed and was told repeatedly the oil was low. Why was this happening? I finally took it to a trusted mechanic instead of messing around with these dealerships. Apparently the radiator has a leak, the catalytic converter, or what is left of it, has destroyed the engine to the point that it is burning through a quart of oil every 700 miles or so. Cost of repair? Over $6000. I have only put 10k miles on the car since buying it, and the fact that it was burning oil quickly after the 1st oil change leads me to believe they sold me a car that had significant engine damage while on their lot. I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing a car from this dealership. Although they may be helpful and low pressure, the quality of vehicles they carry is atrocious. As other posters have said - BUYER BEWARE.

Awesome Experience at MAXIMUM AUTO OUTLET!

Recently purchase a BMW SUV from Maximum and I must say, Loved the service the attention and the process at this Dealership. Great customer service overall I would definitely buy from this place again and I would recommend my friends and family to this place.

Lincoln MKX

I drove 3 hours and must say the staff I worked with was exceptional. My first contact was with Jonathon who never called me back but once I spoke with Mario everything turned around. He put me in touch with Dani who was very nice and helpful and finished with Nick who stayed late since I was coming from out of town. So far I feel I made a great choice with a great dealership and would refer family and friends. They have great cars at great prices.

Great service from one of the employees

First off, I have to say that my experience with Maximum Auto Outlet initially was horrible. The first salesman that I scheduled an appointment with appeared to be to eager to leave early rather than provide service. In short, i was asked to hurry up and test drive. He blew me off for two days. I pretty much figured it's a rap with this dealership. That was until I had the pleasure of speaking with a young woman that actually persuaded me to work with this company. She was attentive, pleasant, and did not in any way make me feel as if i was wasting her time. In the amount of time it took me to test drive, she took care of all the details with my lender & had me in the car and ready to go. She was very thorough and while she wasn't around when i finally picked up the car, she made the whole experience great. I commend Dani on her incredible service. I hope that the company is smart enough to recognize you and possibly promote you. Some of your colleagues could benefit from your training. I would have given you a perfect review had it not been for the initial experience with your colleague.

Set up an apt to test drive a vehicle. Vehicle was ready and waiting for me. Evan was very helpful. Will continue to search their inventory.

Great dealership to do business with, the best A++

great dealership to do business with, I drove from TN to Virginia to buy a car that I had not scene yet, they were accurate and honest the vehicle looked just as they described but even better. I dealt with Mario and Nick and they were great to do business with. I would differently buy from them again and for sure will be back in the future when its time to trade up. thanks for everything Maximum Auto for giving me a great car buying experience.

From a customer that does not like dealerships

I was extremely hesitant about coming to this particular dealer because they are primarily a "used" car sales lot and I typically don't like used car sales.. but I must say that they are very efficient and my Finance Advisor Ammar made me feel right at home and very comfortable. He was very laid back and helpful! Thumbs Up !

Beware of Ammar and Maximum Auto Outlet

Ammar and the entire Maximum Auto outlet crew should be charged with fraud . The cars are not in good shape and they will not answer your calls if you have any problems with the vehicle . Buyer's beware !!!!! Take your money and business we're they respect there customers .
