DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Worse car buying experience ever! Got the car home and had many, many issues to the point it's not driveable. Called and spoke with 4 different salesman and the manager who all promised to look into it and call me back. Never received a single call back. Never tried to help resolve any of my issues. My temporary tag has died and I haven't received a permanent. Dmv said it was never submitted by the carlot who I can't get to look into this issue either. Very unprofessional!!

Lie after lie after lie. Promised the mood but was caught in multiple lies, both the salesman and the manager, Bruce. Plenty of better dealerships around that are honest and not deceptive.

I spent 3 hours or better of my time with this dealership. It started off great. We had to wait for a car to show up from another lot that they owned. This was a 2018 Toyota Rav 4 XLE. The salesman (Tyler) which I now call him (Tyler the big liar). Convinced me that he was going to get me this car for the same price as what was being asked for the 2015 Toyota RAV 4 limited that we came to initially look at. The price of the 2015 was 20,580. Long story short we waited for this car for over an hour or better to get there because we wanted to choose between the two. So it arrived we drove it and decided that we like the 2018 better. So we went in to to start the negations. Well it was way far from that, he asked me ''what do you want to pay for this vehicle? I said to be fair I would love to get it for 20,000 plus tax tag & title. He said alright I'll be back. He went and did the whole ''I got to talk to my manager thing'' and came back. He sat two papers down on the desk. I was thinking that he was going to show me the price before and after. NOPE! He should me the same price as what they where asking on the car in the first place. I looked at him and asked what is this? He said that's what we have to have for this car. I said ''but you told me that you where going to match the price of the 2015" He replied :"This is what we have to have for this one, sorry. I looked at him told him he waisted my time and lied to me. I can't stand a liar. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. If you want you time wasted and lied to then this is your place to go.
