Our family has bought two cars both jeeps and paid a pretty penny for them and have nothing but issues since for further info I'm available to explain please go somewhere else if u don't want to keep putting ur cars in another shop . Over u and ur bad cars hickory used car superstore. Want a review on them they make it happen when they need but sell junk cars cause evidently they dont check before they buy. . Lol me I struggle as is and to just sell junk to make me pay more even with warranty is crap... Over it don't go don't waste ur time. After this review I'm sure it's still my problem and I'll fix it but never will I send anyone here also u owe me a finding fee for sending my old man there!!! U say if we send someone we get paid so carry on I'll continue on... And u can't keep ur money expecting more out a local used car dealership And I pray u do contact me against n so I can tell u whoever buy ur vehicle to sell I'd do better buying from a ice dealer in Nevada on a cold night 🤣 ur a joke done now praying for u and God to handle all the negative in my life

Purchased car on 6/22/2021. Used of course, Reasonable deal. Car needed new tires and needed to have the AC checked out. Was told at that time that there were no other issues, would trust it to"drive long trips", etc. etc. Dealership kept the car 3.5 days and delivered it on the following Friday. Apparently, the ac was "fine". I requested a print out of all work done since the dealership took in the trade from previous owner. Upon delivery was given a print out of some work done at a local mechanic and then was given an email indicating some other work that this same local mechanic said needed to be done but had NOT been done (including valve cover, etc). I also learned from this email that the tires that were on the vehicle (and the same size tired recommended for me to put on the vehicle - out of my pocket of course) were too big and that it was recommended that the stock size tires be put back on. Of course at this point it was already too late and I had to go pay for the oversized tires that were put on, at the dealer's recommendation. When I asked the salesman about the valve cover and other issues indicated in the email, he informed me that his manager said to take the car to this other local mechanic and they would take care of it. In asking about the plethora of issues indicated in the email, I was told "that's just the mechanics (at dealership" padding for hours"...ok..I guess? Additionally, upon taking the car to the local mechanic, it was immediately clear that something was wrong with the AC, especially the left (driver's side vent). So now, July 5th - my "new to me" car has been in the shop for 13 days (between it apparently sitting in a parking lot the dealership and now at this other local mechanic)....Signed paperwork 14 days ago and car has been in the shop 13 of those days. Moral of the story - be very careful buying (or at least believing) what you are told at this dealership. My first time buying a used car and I fully understand "as is" but I also expect honesty and I did not get that here. Thank goodness this is not my primary vehicle. Of course we have all heard the jokes and similar about being misled at car dealerships but this was my first experience with it first hand. As of: 7/7/21. Car still in shop and now with issues that the dealership said were fixed. No one from dealership has reached our or even attempted to reach out. Got car back on 7/8 from the amazing local mechanic. Not a single communication, outreach attempt or similar from the dealership or dealership management. As of 7/12/2021. Still zero communication or outreach from dealership. We must have drastically different interpretations of "shortly". As of 7/12/2021, have had the car for 2 days (this is after it sat at the dealership for 3.5 and the local (awesome) mechanic for 13 days - popped a battery charging code. Tested battery, it tested fine. Seems it may be the alternator. For a car "that only needed" tires - this one sure needs a lot more...............

Consumer response

7/12/2021: Spoke with the salesman who informed me that a manager would call me in 30 minutes. I received no call. 7/13/2021: Received a text message from salesman that said that the manager (Bruce) would be calling me today. I received no call.

Consumer response

7/14/2021: No communication from anyone at the dealership.

Consumer response

7/15/2021: back in the shop again today for a 400 buck iut of pocket repair. For a car tbat didnt need anythung it sure has needed a lot. Still zero follow up from dealership after being tild twice, I would receive follow up.

Consumer response

7/15/2021: another day, another terrible customer service showing from this dealership. No contact or attempts.

Consumer response

7/18/2022: did not hear from manager at all last week, after being told twice that I would. Such a simple thing to lie about..makes you wonder how easy it was to lie about all the rest.

Consumer response

7/19/21. Beginning of a new week. Received no follow up from salesman or management today.

Consumer response

7/20/21: no outreach attempts from dealer today. I did sucessfullt convince a family member and a neighbor to shop elsewhere. Who wants to shop at place where customers and customer service are not valued?

Consumer response

7/21/21: no attempts to contact from dealership.

Consumer response

7/22/2021: Another day, almost a month after getting car (of lies), management has made zero attempts to reach out to discuss. Zero attempts at customer service. Brought up this dealership during a large HOA meeting - it apparently is a shared experience.

Consumer response

7/23/2021. Another entire week went by without resolution or the dealership taking a few minutes to reach out. Time for BBB, spreading the word EVERYWHERE.

Consumer response

Finally received an email from the manager, "Bruce" i responded with 6 questions/concerns. His return was to ignore all 6 questions/concerns and told me if tbey could help me in the future to stop by...the worst most out of touch customer service i have ever experienced.

Not very happy. Bought a $25,000 Jeep Rubicon from these people. Discovered the next day it had a transmission issue. Lighten you at all alone they dodged their dealer responsibilities and waited till the extended warranty kicked in. Haven't driven my Jeep. I already made one payment . Was told to take the Jeep to the Jeep dealership to have the transmission looked at and the warranty approved. Then told by them that the warranty probably wouldn't pay because it was lifted. I bought the Jeep from them lifted and the way it is so the warranty should apply to however it left their car lot. Right now waiting on them to do something about it we'll see

We were lied to, disrespected, left to sit and wait hours...

We were lied to, disrespected, left to sit and wait hours in Tyler's office and no one wore a mask or social distanced. We were told the truck would be ready and had to drive back, it's a 2 hour drive 1 way and nothing was done, it wasn't washed and smelled horrible inside, we were told it was immaculate and well maintained but it had rust all down one side underneath that had been sprayed over to conceal it. It was extremely overpriced, we went and got a truck 6 years newer and still under warranty that has actually been taken care of and has no rust and no wreck history for just $2000 more at Planet Mitsubishi. Tyler would tell us he would be right back and we were left sitting in his office. He would disappear long periods, at times he was at the front just talking with all the other workers and laughing like he had nothing else to do. The first visit we were there several hours doing paperwork and he was gone over half of it. We probably spent 3 hours waiting on Tyler to "be right back." The signs were up, the hand sanitizer was at the door. In the 2 days I was there and I wasted at least 6 or 7 hours of my life there, I seen 1 employee use hand sanitizer and NO ONE wore a mask or practiced social distancing. I felt like I was a freak for wearing a mask, maybe that offended them, but I didn't complain about their lack of wearing masks, I just don't think a whole facility needs to go without adhering to those policies but they are posted. Obviously, they didn't like me for some reason but that's ok, Tyler can let other people sit and wait all day while he walks around and hangs out up front having fun with the guys, I have more important things to do!
