My Mini experience
I really like my sale person because he provided all the information I ask and needed. (Richard Massey) I like the lay out out of the showroom but like how the parts department is set up. I think when a purchased is made you should be taken to all department as a welcome to the Mini family, parts. service etc.

Global Imports Mini service experience
I took my clubman in because the airbag warning light was on. Lon Miller the service advisor was great as always and advised that I was also due for a brake flush and cabin filter replacement. Those repairs were done immediately. Unfortunately the air bag issue was a warranty repair and the parts were back ordered until August. I have no doubt that Lon will call me as soon as the parts are available. He's my service guy and takes good care of me. Global's services are a bit high but their facilities are very good and I like the personal attention from the service advisors.
