Had tire replaced due to puncture. Concerned about the viability of not having a real spare a random run to the grocery could easily turn into a multi hour affair

Awesome buying experience!!!
I just bought a new Mini last week and Sergei Antipov was my salesperson. He and all the other people at Global Imports Mini were so great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Sergei is a great spokesman for Mini...he truly loves these cars!!! It was a great experience all round!

Friendly staff and clean customer service area.
I've had my 2011 Mini S 2-door. All servicing has been with Global Mini and every service visit has been thorough and friendly. I purchased an extended warranty for 100,000 miles, and it has certainly worth the additional cost. My Mini now has 60,000 miles and has been treated with care and attention by the Service and Customer Service staff. These facilities are cleaner than some hospitals I visited recently! The waiting needs magazines that would be of interest to men.

Great service
Last minute oil change request. Spoke with Desmond, told him I didn't have an appointment, could he fit me in for an oil change. Not only was he able fit me in, my rear brakes were serviced too. Live in Middle Ga, took longer to drive their than for the service performed... Thank you Desmond

Why does it take two hours to change the oil?
I do not understand why it take two hours to change the oil? I have taken my car in twice for a basic service job, and I made an appointment both time and the first time I was left waiting over 2 1/2 hours and this last time two hours. What is the point of making an appointment if they leave me sitting there for two hours. The slow service that I have received makes me seriously reconsider getting another mini. I can pay $30 to have my oil changed and I am in and out in 30 minutes.

Very Impressive Company
I am retired, but I was in a profession that required being an expert driver. I am very thorough in choosing the right car for my love of driving. I had been very happy with the 2013 Mini, for what it is, it is an amazing work of engineering and design. So, I was somewhat reluctant to trade up into a newer model. The experience over the years in most car dealerships, for me, has never been anything to look forward to. I must say, though, when I had done business with Global Mini before, in buying the 2013 Mini, I had been pleasantly surprised at how open and genuine all the employees were. The salesman, Sergei Antipov, could not have been a better representative of, not only the car, but the dealership also. The service advisor, Christopher Brian was extremely caring, interested and professional every time I visited. I did find a 2016 Mini that did lure me away from my 2013. I felt it was my own clear decision and I never, at any time, felt pressured to "trade up". Sergei answered every question expertly and followed up on any and every minute question I posed, with great patience. I had dealt with the Business Manager, Matt Starrett on my 2013 and I was fortunate to work with him on my new 2016. In all sincerity and honesty, I must say that I am compelled to rate five stars on every area of both my transactions and the service and maintenance during the years, if I could, I would rate them even higher. When anyone asks me about the car, I am very quick to recommend Global Imports Mini, Sergei, Chris and Matt, when they go shopping for a car, especially the great Mini Cooper.

Excellent Car Purchase Experience
This is my first time ever taking the time to formally write a review online. WOW! I believe that my car purchase experience with Quent at Global Imports Mini warrants this milestone. I can honestly say from the beginning of Quent's approach thru the entire process, I was at ease and totally taken care of. He made my purchase the best car buying experience ever!!!! He listened to my needs and I never felt like I was pushed in any direction nor did I feel pressured to purchase that day. We test drove cars and he made me feel like it was all about me and made sure that my car needs were met. After I purchased my car, the next day I told all of friends of the lovely experience that I had and if ever they were to come to the Mini side then they should definitely get in touch with Quent.... he will not disappoint! I am most grateful to him for making one of the most dreadful and stressful processes, which is buying a car, the complete opposiite. It's nice to know that there are awesome salesman out there who overall care about meeting the needs of their customers. Kudos to the entire staff for a great job!
