Outstanding
At 83 I've purchased quite a few cars in my life. Without any hesitation, this was the most enjoyable auto purchase that I have experienced and trust me, at my age, you get picky. Sergei Antipiov was friendly and helpful beyond expectations. He made the wishful thinking of buying a car, "should be a pleasant experience", a reality. Matt Starrett handled all the "legal" paperwork with expertise. Would I deal with them again? xxxx right.

Great sales person
Looking for a used mini I stopped in Global Imports MINI. Got lucky and spoke with Richard Massey. While they did not have the car in the unique color I was looking for I was extremely pleased with my visit due to this sales person. Most car salesman make you cringe but I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Massey. I would do business with him in a second and I plan to if he can get his hands on the one I am looking for. You can just tell when someone is steering you straight and goes the extra mile to help you out with information and advise. He was like an immediate friend and I feel Global Imports Mini is lucky to have him. I hope if you are looking for a Mini you will go here and see Richard Massey. Not your average car salesman!

Easiest car buying experience
I hate car shopping and this dealership made it the best experience I've ever had. Peter was our sales person. He knew everything there was to know about the car, understood that I had specific requirements i wanted met and didn't try to push me onto anything different, and walked me through every aspect of my new car so I wouldn't be confused by anything. The manager was great, helping us get the payments we wanted and made sure to talk through everything with us and not rush us. We were beyond happy we chose to go through them and not someone else.

Great Experience
I never do reviews but I was really impressed with my experience with Global Imports Mini. I just moved to Atlanta from NYC so we did the whole deal via phone and email. Michael Drew made the whole process as easy as possible. Only snag was that Mini discontinued the color I wanted that same month. But can't fault the dealer for that. When the car came in I ended up at the wrong place to pick it up but it was no problem. Michael came and collected me. This after staying late since I couldn't leave work early and really didn't want to have to wait another day for my car. All the paperwork and everything was ready and waiting for me but Micheal knew I was so excited to get my car so seeing it was priority one. Then he went through all the paperwork and explained everything clearly to me. Matt Starrett was the finance guy who helped me. Again he was great. Explained all the options and I never once felt pressured or like I was being talked down to. They both took there time helping me even though the store was technically closed. Overall I was really impressed with the experience. And of course I love my new Mini, Dahlia!

Excellent Experience!
I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. This was my first time buying a car and I was so impressed with everyone who helped me. Rick treated me like family and made sure that I left in my dream car. Matt was so entertaining, he had me laughing the entire time I was signing paperwork. You can tell these guys really love what they do. Its also nice to know they're only a phone call or email away if I ever have any questions. Definitely the best dealership I have ever been to, and could not imagine going anywhere else.

Fab place to buy a Mini
Just bought a 2015 4 doors hardtop mini and I love it.....I went back and forth to the dealership over the course of a few days, as I was trying to do a trade-in aswell...then also spent several hours umming and arrghing about what I actually wanted...the guys here were really patient with me and even though I left the dealership a few times, kept to their word on pricing- which I really liked...they werent pushy either. Go see Tyler if you are looking to get into a mini cooper- which is an awesome car! Gave buying process a 4* as, you're buying a car- I don't think you ever think its a total win for you :)

Not what I would recommend
The usual response of "modern" dealers,who only use their "I-Phone" and nothing else; if you sent pictures or via other means no response. I noticed that at a lot of other dealers as well they give response by " pre- add like auto response; seldom "live" If you get "live" then the usual "blue book" garble shows up so you get nothing for yr trade etc. Dealing or "wheeling" is no longer the case; the price goes only up never down.

Awesome Experience!
I could not have asked for a better experience for my first time buying a car! The entire staff was more than accommodating even when my purchasing process started to get a bit rocky. They assured me I was no trouble and we would get the deal done today. They welcomed my puppy who has to come with me due to extenuating circumstances and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Hats off to this group- you have earned my loyalty for years to come!

New MINI Cooper S Countryman!
I had a very positive experience working with Marlene Topping to find me just the right Countryman for my needs, wants and wishes. She is knowledgeable and open in negotiations and I am so happy with my new 'toy', complete with a plush Ms. Mini Bulldog to keep me company.Although I've had the car only a few days, I love it!
