Awesome experience

My wife and I bought a CPO MINI Cooper S this week and cannot be more happy with our experience. The salespeople were courteous and helpful, even though the dealership was packed. We left the lot after a test drive but kept in touch with a salesperson over the next few days before deciding to purchase our vehicle. Thankfully, unlike most of the other dealerships in town, we did not feel like a piece of meat when we came on to the lot and did not feel pressured at any stage of the process. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a MINI, and really had a great experience.

Not prepared for my visit

I live more than an hour away from this center. Although i love the waiting area, i will not return. I called ahead of time to have a roof rack and decal ordered and installed. Took time off from work to have this done. When I got there I was talked into getting an alignment. No reason not to trust them. After half an hour the clerk informed me that he didn't have anyone who could install the decal. He was ill prepared for my visit. I agreed that I could have it installed elsewhere closer to home. Then after another half hour, he informed me that the roof rack that they ordered had been damaged somehow in shipment. He said that he would have another one shipped to my house. He acted unconcerned and nonchalant about their lack of preparation. So, in essence, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of respect for my time, and for their lack of initiative to make things right. I am a good owner, and I love their showroom, but I will return to century mini in greenville in the future. But they did, as always, make sure to make my visit worth their time!

Great experience.

We were lucky enough to purchase a new Mini Cooper with the help of Chandra Mayo, what a woman. So informative, never pushy and very pleasant. Within a 45 minutes of arriving we had decided which Mini. Waiting for the paperwork plus financial stuff took for ever and we were paying cash. We arrived at 13:30 and left at 18:10. Luckily we had Mayo to keep us updated and entertained. Chandra Mayo is a real asset to your company and will definitely tell everyone and anyone to ask for her by name. But please speed up the paperwork huh?

Great experience with dealership

I drove from Orlando to trade cars with Global. They had the vehicle I wNted and gave a better price on my trade. It was a pleasant transaction from beginning to end. I wish Orlandos mini dealership was as satisfying to deal with. I regret having to drive 900 miles round trip to get the product I wanted.

Vrooom Vroooom, says the Mini.

Wow! Just bought the wife a 2014 Mini Cooper S and it was a great experience. Like some I am always skeptical of dealerships, however the wife and I were surprised at how good of an experience it was to shop and buy from Don at Global Imports. He greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and with absolutely no pressure walked us through the test drive (which was extensive) and the purchase. If you are thinking of purchasing a mini cooper I would highly recommend seeing Don Bryan and the folks at Global Imports. When I got home last night I was looking around the house for the wife and found her sitting in the garage in her new Global Imports 2014 Chili Red Mini Cooper. Oh well I guess it is just our dog and I for the foreseeable future.

Complete waste of time and unorganized staff

Found a vehicle that I was interested in online. Called the next morning several times to ensure that the vehicle was still in inventory and set up time to come in. After being called to confirm appointment I arrive at the facility and was greeted then told that the person with whom I'd spoken to would be right there. Ten minutes later the same greeter comes back and says oh we're sorry but that car was just sold ten minutes ago. I'd been in the building waiting for that long on my agent that NEVER came. The manager comes up and tries to explain how I could have an appointment and receive several calls even 10 minutes before I arrive asking if I was still interested in seeing the car. Overall the experience was horrible, the staff is unorganized and NOT customer service oriented. ...........I WON'T BE GOING BACK AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO OTHERS! !!

Great experience

I was interested in a Mini and had a great experience with my sales person Nicolas DeLuca. He was not the least bit pushy and very informative and passionate about the Mini. He answered all my questions, gave me a full overview of the vehicle and offers available, and even went on the worlds longest test drive with me while I adjusted to driving the Mini. They were willing to work with my budget and offered me a great deal. I would definitely recommend Global Mini and Nicolas DeLuca. If only all car salesmen could be this way!

Easy and Stree-Free Buying Experience!

I bought my first MINI Cooper Paceman this past Saturday and had such a wonderful experience. Phil, our sales professional was very helpful and on the ball at all times. He really took the time to thoroughly explain all the details of the sale and the actual car. He also stayed with us until the end. The process overall didn't take much time especially considering this was a lease. Everyone at the shop looked happy and all employees greeted us as we roamed through the store. Thank you MINI Global Imports! I love my new baby! :o)

Average

I have had my mini since 2004, it now has over 173K miles on it. I love the car, but it is getting a little costly to keep maintained. I purchased it at the original Global Imports location, so I've had experiences at both the new and old locations. I love the new location, its easy to get to and you aren't squeezed in on top of the BMW dealership (Nothing against BMWs, I traded mine in for my Mini). I've had some hits and misses with the service department at both locations. Overall I'd say they try to take care of their customers, but you also have to make sure if you were promised something to hold them to it. I will say at the new location, the service advisers seem a little overwhelmed by how busy they are, I felt like I was just a number to them. For the past 1 1/2 years I have been in SC off an on and have used the Charleston,SC dealer for some services as well a Global Imports. The Charleston Mini facilities are not as nice, but their customer service is 5 out of 5 stars. I really felt like they cared about me and my car and the quality of job that was done. They called several times after a routine service to make sure everything was well. This is the customer service Global Imports needs to strive towards, a personalized touch.
