Great purchase experience

Our sales rep, David, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling and respectful in our conversations concerning the purchase. We are extremely happy with the 2013 Explorer that we purchased. It is a perfect fit for my family and especially the grandchildren! Thank you for your service!

Low Pressure Service

The salesman we worked with didn't pressure us. He politely sent us an email asking if he could be of further help after we test drove a car. We ended up going back a few days later after looking at other dealerships to buy the first car we test drove.

Read ALL reviews before dealing with these people

Drove 1.5 hours after being told a car was being held for our teenage daughter. Pulled up with an excited daughter who was getting her first car experience, certified payment in full check in hand only to be told they "sold" the car out from under us earlier in the morning-we were there well before 11:30am. A 1.5 hour drive back home with a very disappointed kid and two irate parents. These people lie and cheat people and act like its no big deal. Very poor business practices.

2005 Ford Taurus

Liked the coffee. The waiting area is a litte small but clean. Friendly people. short wait. Have no real complaints. I have an old car with lots of miles and hope to keep running for a few more years.

Focus

Finally, I hope have resolution to the new transmission problems in my daughters 2014 Focus. Thank you for not jerking me around with this problem/concern I had. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
