2014 F150 Limited. Experience was straight forward and up front. Tim, salesmen and dealer worked incentives and options to come to an agreed, fair price. Things were done ahead of time to streamline time.

Service staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a recall on our vehicle, and we were given a loaner car to run errands while our car was being serviced.

What was most helpful was having all your vehicles on line with the availability to view the window sticker. Having an appointment with the salesman was very good. Not having a rush of salesmen coming out the door was also an advantage. Since I already knew which truck (F-150 XLT 4X4) I wanted, Dillon Parker took me directly to the vehicle for a test drive. He had the paperwork done in a minimum amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and helpful. I will have no problem recommending Cloninger Ford to friends and family. Far superior to other dealerships I have dealt with.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. There were a few corrections in the paperwork which took some time, but the entire staff was very nice from beginning to end. They treated us like our business is important to them, which is the key to a satisfied customer!
