Great dealership - very helpful & professional
I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang. The service & sales rep were very helpful and professional. Eric explained everything about the car and was not pushy like other sales reps. The service was fast on getting our new car. The finance office was very fast & explained when I had a question. I would recommend Cloninger to anyone. In the past we always went to Charlotte but not anymore. Thank you for your professional attitudes and being down to earth with us.

Cloninger Ford - great car buying experience !!!
I purchased a Ford Explorer for myself and an Escape for my son. Working with Bobby Yount and Josh Simmons was a real pleasure. They put great effort into making sure everything was right. The dealership is clean, the staff is professional, and the cars are great quality. I traded in a Mercedes GL450 for the Explorer and after having the Explorer for several weeks, I think it is a higher quality car than the more expensive Mercedes, on multiple levels.

Excellent Service
My husband and I own a 2014 Ford Explorer that we purchased from Cloninger Ford. We brought our Explorer in to have it serviced and tire rotation. We were greeted immediately and directed to the waiting area. It was nice to see fresh coffee and a very clean waiting area with very good seating. We appreciate the respect and friendliness we received. We will definitely bring our vehicle back.

I could not ask for a better experience. Eric Smith was an exception to what a car salesman is. His professionalism and knowledge of the Fusion is superior. He is by far not your typical car salesman. He was very low pressure with me and made the whole deal on my terms. Since my time is very limited, that meant a great deal to me. Bobby Young the GM, was also wonderful to deal with. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.
