I went into both Karl Malone's locations looking to test drive a Toyota Matrix, I'd done my research and had my mind made up but had a dollar amount I was not going to go over. The manager figured out a way to get my monthly payments to a number I could afford and got me ten times the amount of car I could dream of!!!! With a warranty to last the life of the loan and gap coverage for under $300 a month I just couldn't believe it was happening. So you can waste your time wondering if this really old car is going to break down anytime soon but saved me a buck now, or pay a little more for peace of mind, that's the Karl Malone way. PS they found me super cheap car insurance to boot.

Those who write bad reviews on about Karl Malone Used Cars are working for other dealerships or are not being completely honest about their experience. They are the only ones who don't sign their name to their reviews, which should tell you something. After a week of trying to find a car in my price range in reasonable shape at other dealerships and KSL, I found one here last week - when their sales rep, Tega, took me to their sister site of Karl Malone Toyota. A.J. let me put forward an offer which they essentially accepted including a free redo on a bedliner and a new tire. Later that night I found the truck on KSL at a much lower price. I went back to Karl Malone Used cars and they verified the price listed from Toyota on KSL was indeed at a lower price that what it was listed on their own site. It was not long before they matched the price and came down a couple thousand dollars. Because of this experience and the friendliness of the staff and general manager (David) I know they have high integrity, are honest, and value their customers. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a used car, and I've bought over a dozen. This will be the first place I go for my next car. When was the last time you had a dealership cut you a check for $2,000 after the car was purchased? They didn't have to. Nevermind the fact that they were the only dealership with a truck in great shape in my price range.

This place will rip you off! We bought a car from them in February. We were told that they had completely gone through it. They LIED. They had not even done the safety and emissions tests. They had to call us and have us bring it in to do it after we had it for a month, and the paper plates were about to expire. There was a crack in the radiator that they tried to repair with adhesive. What a joke. A week later the AC compressor and clutch burned up. This great car that they had "completely gone through" now looks to cost us almost as much as we bought the car for. Before you buy from these guys be very very careful. DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY TELL YOU! They are all liers and thiefs.

Could not have had a better buying experience! Neli and David LISTENED to what we were looking for, and then WORKED to find exactly the car we wanted. They did not try to sell us what they thought we should have. They did not try to push us beyond the budget we set. They did not try to talk us into something they already had in stock. They treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They found the car we wanted within the budget we asked for. NEVER did we feel like we were at the "typical" used car dealership. Rather, we had a FANTASTIC experience from start to finish and will definitely buy from them again. We gladly recommend Karl Malone Used Car Outlet to anyone looking to buy a car.

We bought a car from this dealership about 6 months ago. Against the suggestion that we should buy something very reliable like a Toyota, we asked for them to find us a Kia Sorento. They did as we asked and we purchased this car. Over the following 6 months the car continued to give us problems. Even though it was only 30K miles old it was in the shop 4 times. In my frustration I decided to go to Karl Malone and ask if there was anything they could do for us. We knew we would be upside down on this car since it was not even 1 year old. They were fabulous!!! They gave us way more on our trade than other dealers had told us and gave us cost on the cars we bought because they wanted to make things right with our previous experience. They did everything to help us even though the problems we had with the car were not their responsibility. David Hicks, the GM spent a ton of time trying to find us a Toyota highlander that would fit our budget. Our salesman, Tega was awesome. He never pushy or dishonest. I spent a whole week driving tons of cars and they were all extremely patient. The finance guy, John was also amazing. He spent a ton of time working to get us the best rate. We felt like we were treated like family. I believe I got the same deal I would have if I was a relative of the GM. As a result we ended up buying two cars. A Highlander and a Camry. We are so excited to have reliable cars that we can own for a very long time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. They are wonderful!!!

These are the worst kind of people, the kind that will do anything to take your money. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They fit all the stereotypes of sleazy used car salesmen. Their job is to rip you off and they are good at it, so be prepared. If this review stops even 1 person from buying a car there, then it was worth it. Good luck.

This place is great. The people there found my car on ksl.com to help me get a better deal. I owed money on my car and they gave me a great value for it, plus the vehicle i got was fantastic and they even lowered the price by 2 grand! They really do everything they can to make you as happy as can be. I recommend anybody to go there!

Jared Bailey was the sales associated that helped me, i loved that he actually listened to what i wanted and he was willing to work with me on everything, he wasnt pushy at all and was extremely nice and personable. John Hartin was the one who went over all the financing with us and he was AMAZING, best experience i have had with a dealer, EVER, plain and simple, they do exactly as they say they are going to do and better!
