We had been looking for a used auto and had went to one other dealship and they were very rude. Then we found other dearlship that was talking to us on the phone a few times then just stopped calling us back. Then one day we were looking on the internet at Karl Malone used cars and found a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander I filled out the form and Scott called us the next day. This was o Monday and we made a appointment to go down to the car lot on Friday. During the week we texted back and forth asking a lot of questions and Scott was very helpful and answered very thing we asked him. By the time we went down there on Friday we had made a new friend not just other saleperson. He welcomed us with a smile and very friendly outlook. We sat at his desk got to know each other and laughed, don't find that in car salepeople most are just all business. Scott took our information and worked really hard for us so we could get the car we wanted. All in all Scott took care of us and was nerve rude or made us feel like here we go again. We will be sending people on to him and will but other car from him. As far as everyone down there they were all very friend and made you feel comfortable. Good job Scott we will be talking. Can't forget about that Mexican meal. ( lol )

I live in vernal so I didnt want to drive out there without knowing I would leave woth a vehicle Kristy and Scott helped me so well woth everything and guaranteed I would leave with something. When I First came to Karl Malone I was skeptical thinking "Oh here we go" the typical car salesman telling me what I want to hear. But with Jordan I knew from the start he was actually honest and looking out from me and not him. Just when I thought it wasn't going to happen due to my credit Jordon made it happen.
