I came in to look at getting into a Tundra or a Sports car. I hadn't decided yet what I wanted. Scott Christensen went above and beyond what he needed to do. Went through all the xxxxxxand Con's of each vehicle with me. Told me all about the cars that he has owned and restored. he is very knowledgeable with vehicles. He got me hooked on a 2010 Dodge Challenger that I fell in love with and Took me out for an extended test drive the night before I bought. He wasn't pushy and let me think about what I wanted to do. The husband and I were looking for a different car. We brought in a 2012 Nissan Juke and are leaving with a 2013 VW Jetta. The sales people were all very friendly and wanting to make a deal happen but not pushy enough to make the experience regrettable. I've been in the market for a truck for awhile now and couldnt seem to find a way to get one until i came to see Ed Anderson at karl malone used car outlet. Ed and justin worked great with my situation and my payment capabilities and was able to get me the truck i wanted. they treated me well and never pushed a sale or offered any other vehicles except the one i wanted out of respect for me, which is hard to find at most dealers. this is by far the best dealership i have ever been to i would reccomend it to anyone!
