I recently financed a 2008 Jaguar XK from there and I dealt with Reny I believe and from the beginning call, she was excellent. She was understanding and informative and helpful in every way. Obviously buying a used car is a scary process, but she made it very easy and was patient with me and helped me get into the car I wanted. I would recommend anyone, who is looking for a luxury vehicle to look them up. I am happy with my car and look forward to bringing more business there and when I can afford it, upgrade to an XJ Jaguar soon.

Just wanted to say the entire process of purchasing out of state was seamless. Reny was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful before and after the sale. If I had to bring up one fault it would have to be the shipping company used. You may want to avoid using Kars transport corp. as an option due to neglect and unwillingness to fix a problem they created. That has nothing to do with Taverna. Would highly recommend buying from Taverna for all your high end vehicle purchases! Ask for Reny

Looking for a car is usually very stressful but once I contacted Reny at Taverna Collection, it became very easy. I found the car online that I wanted, made them a reasonable offer, they accepted and we did the paperwork. Reny emailed me the papers, I signed, emailed them back, wired the money and the next day they delivered my car in excellent condition as promised! Will definitely look them up next time to buy again.

I recently purchased a BMW 645i Convertible from Taverna through an auction website. I was hesitant to make a purchase without being able to test drive it or actually walk around and "kick the tires." After reading the reviews and all the feedback on the auction site I was convinced this was an honorable dealership. Reny was extremely helpful and very responsive to all the questions I had. She completed all the paperwork and arranged for shipping. The first company had a truck that broke down and arranged for another company to deliver the vehicle so it would arrive by the date originally quoted to me. When I received the vehicle there were a few issues which I brought to the company's attention. They were quick to reply and took responsibility to have those corrected as opposed to simply using the phrase "As-Is." Overall the experience was good and I would most likely purchase from them again.

I purchased a 2011 BMW Z4 from The Taverna Collection. The experience was excellent and Reny was extremely friendly and helpful. The transaction was smooth and easy. As far as the car goes, it was exactly as shown in the pics on internet (found on cars.com and ebay after searching company website). Very accurate representation. For those reading reviews...I am not sure about the bad reviews - you are buying a used vehicle, you HAVE to research what you are buying and inspect the vehicle before you drive away. Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase. I recommend The Taverna Collection. Just remember to always do your own research on the car you plan on buying, especially used vehicles.

They sold me a lemon Audi A8. The carfax they provided checked out clean (dont know how they did that). Since the car was shipped to me, its been multiple problems. The bumper fell off and we found out it had been hit and the glued it back somehow. The engine started running rough, the brakes assembly and adaptive lights faulty other diagnosis and total cost to fix the myriad of engine issues ( fualty Cam tensioners, Coolant leak, Cam shaft adjustment valves, etc) and replacing the bumper $11,000 (Thousand)

I just bought a 2005 Audi A8L from them yesterday along with a warranty at an amazing price. The whole process was extremely smooth and Reny is simply the best sales associate I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I am seriously considering buying pretty much every future car I own from these guys. Such a great experience!
