This is my second car I purchased from Hawthorne Motors Express & it was a BEAUTIFUL BENZ!!! My first transaction was so good that of course I already knew I was going to do my 2nd car purchase with them as well. This is a family owned business that truly treats you like you are part of the family. Everyone is so caring and concerned and they all want to make sure that you leave their dealership happy :) They are fair and do not push you into buying a car that doesn't fit your needs. If it's not right for you, they will find you a car to fit your liking and budget. Minor repairs are fixed without hesitation and warranty's are given so you leave feeling secure. The Cartwright family are loyal customers because they are a loyal car dealership!

Short and simple.... The people at Hawthorne Motors Express seem so friendly, nice and caring (like all other dealerships) in order to sell you a car. Yes, I was duped too. I did buy a car from them but that was a mistake. Now that I have the car, I have to constantly bring it back for repairs (for the same issue) and Haas, the owner, is NOT so friendly anymore. BEWARE...

I came across Hawthorne Motor Express on my way to work. Sara was a GREAT help!!!! She was very friendly, honest and such a great help. We told her the max amount we can pay a month and she found us a deal that is much lower. In addition, she got us a great car. My boyfriend was already approved and it took less than 20 minutes for the entire process. We test drove the car, signed that paperwork and chatted! THANK YOU so much!!
