I've purchased my share of cars and was dreading doing it again. This was not what I was expecting at all. From the first phone call I made to the final sale, everything went smooth and quick. When I went in for my first car I didn't know what car to get. Hawthorne motor express had a variety of cars to choose from and they talk to you about the cars while you're walking around and make you feel comfortable shopping for one. Family owned and amazing staff !

When I went car shopping I had no idea what I wanted to get and every where I went the prices were too high and it being my first car was going to be difficult to get, but the staff at Hawthorne motor express made it easy, got my car with the snap of finger ! Now I drive my car with a smile on my face (:

I had a wonderful experience at Hawthorne Motors Express. Before we discovered this awesome place, we had gone to 4 different places and not even one place offered water nor were willing to budge on their way over prized vehicles. When we got there, Hoss politely approached us and introduced himself. He let us take our time to look around and ask questions without feeling pressure. We made them an offer below the list price and he was willing to give us the price we felt was appropriate. Once we found a car that we liked, Vicky assisted us with the paperwork. She has a positive, welcoming vibe and made us feel like we were part of their family. I felt in good hands. At the end, we ended up getting an almost new 2015 Kia Forte, 11,000 miles, and with the manufacture warranty included at a wonderful prize. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle at a great price.

Okay, so our sales guy was not very well schooled in salesmanship, but once we started dealing with the family members whose life is this dealership, we got honesty, fairness and a whole lot of kindness. It can be difficult to find good help and we certainly understand that. For us, this dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to the dozen or so others we encountered in our search. It can be difficult with used car guys, as their reputation precedes them. It is not often you run into people who genuinely care about your circumstances and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Lets face it, buying a used car can be a harrowing experience. In the end, we drove off with a quality vehicle that had quality repairs already made with OEM and/or high quality parts. It was obvious the car had been gone through and the necessary repairs made so we did not have to incur any additional expenses. This is the only used car dealership we would recommend to our friends...and they are a 3 hour drive from us! We were treated kindly, fairly and honestly and couldn't be happier.

This was the most rewarding used car buying experience ever. The staff were extremely helpful in finding the car that fit most to me. The family owned atmosphere is heavily apparant as you will fill part of the family also, after purchasing your vehicle. They had great prices on cars, that I thought otherwise would be higher, but they've got the deals that will make you squeal. Made buying my Jetta extremely easy, thank you Hawthorne Motors Express.

I purchased a 2013 Avalon from Hawthorne Motors Express. Whenever I think of car salespeople, I think of no good dirty snakes. People who will say anything to sell a car. When I walked onto the lot of Hawthorne Motors Express I never felt that. Even though I knew exactly what car I wanted, they gave me the space I needed and didn't try to sell me anything other than what I wanted. They were very friendly, yet professional. In the end, my transaction was made with ease and I ultimately drove off very happy with my purchase.

It's unfortunate that "used car lot" has such a stigma - we stopped by with a particular car in mind, but were not expecting both the value, service and ease that we received here at Hawthorne Motors Express. It is a family-owned business that believes in customer satisfaction over a quick buck, and that becomes evident from the moment you test drive. They were patient as we exhausted our different financing options, but were keen on making sure we made the right decision for ourselves. What could have been a tiring day of driving around dealing with salesmen, was a single stop dealing with genuine people, for the car that exceed my expectations.

When purchasing my first car, everything seemed to be overwhelming. From figuring out if I was getting a good deal and all the financing that goes with it. My first car buying experience went really well thanks to Hawthorne Motors Express. Right when I walked on the lot with my mom, we were greeted with a big smile from Hoss. Hoss is great! He gave me the best options of cars that was best for me. He gave me his honest opinion about the ones I was interested in which helped me narrow it down. Once I chose the car I wanted, Sara did her magic with the numbers and it was officially mine. It was the best car buying experience ever! I love that Hawthorne Motors Express is a family run business. I was not overwhelmed at all like going to the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone because they are just that great! I will definitely be back because my brother is thinking about buying his first car as well. Thanks to Mr. Hoss, Ms. Vicky, Sara and Abraham, you all have been wonderful and such a huge help!
