Robert Ortiz and Dennis were the best people I've EVER dealt with! After relocating to Florida and needing a reliable used vehicle and spending 4 days with others dealerships the process and service here was OUTSTANDING! Dennis was super patient and just plain KIND...... Robert was also the best at handling finances as we used our credit union from back home. My Husband and I will NEVER use anyone but this HERTZ to purchase our future cars!

Jorge was one of the best salesmen's I have met in a long time. I started communicating with him via email and he answered all the questions I had till I was able to make it into the dealership. When I walked in, it was as simple as 1,2,3 literally!!! I asked to test drive the car and liked it, and then next thing I knew I was signing the papers and driving away. They also give you a plate on the spot if you don't want to transfer tags. Way to go Jorge!

Five stars is not enough. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. My Rep. Jorge was warm, friendly and laid back, yet so professional. I've never met such a nice Finance Manager in my life. The young lady who helped me with details, explained, reassured, and worked out everything for me. All the while the staff had a heavy load of customers they never stopped smiling, being friendly and somehow did their jobs flawlessly. I was so happy I brought them donuts the day I picked up my beautiful new car. I almost forgot; the selection of vehicles , barely used were great and the prices were the best I'd seen after two years of searching and researching. If you are in the market for a car, or even if you just want to check them out, go straight to this lot. Don't waste your time elsewhere.

Dennis Wiltshire was my sales person. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. Definitely not the stereotypical car salesman. He gave honest input and didn't try to talk me into anything. He was very patient dealing with me I had some trouble scheduling a time to pick up the car after I made my decision, he was flexible and just waited for me. The car was cleaned up nice, a great detail job. I will definitely return when it is time to purchase another car.

Had a stress free and wonderful experience at Hertz Car Sales Orlando. The salesperson, Elizabeth Muniz, was very helpful and made my first car financing experience worry-free. My current car at the time was 20+ years old and was in need of many repairs so I figured I would get a reliable used car. I fell in love with the first car I saw and Ms. Muniz helped me bring it home. I was able to trade-in my 20 year old car and drive my new one home at an affordable price.
