My experience at Hertz Car Sales Orlando was amongst the best and most simplified one I had that whole day. I had been to numerous dealers that day and This one was the best. No haggling, no annoyance, easy talking and easy listening. The customer service was great! Dennis Wiltshire and Victor Lopez were amazing. Anything I didn't understand or had questions about they both helped with. I highly recommend everyone check this place out! So happy with my VW Golf!

After going to three dealerships and being turned down for loans or asked to give birth, climb Mt. Everest, and swim the English Channel, finally a place that care. I have exactly what I was looking for at other lots but I must admit I didn't trust what the other lots were selling because they gave no warranty or assurance that I was purchasing sound car. Instead it was "wham bam thank you ma'am", you bought it and it's your's. Jasmine and Victor, are heaven sent. They care. Victor searched for the best loan possible, not just a loan but the best loan. Jasmine stayed in touch with me giving me updates until she called and said come get your car, it's ready. I can't say enough about them. Please trust and believe that there are truly caring people in the used car business. The stereotype has been destroyed.. These are the example of how to do it. Happy with the new car my wife and I purchased from Hertz Car Sales Orlando. Especially happy with my salesman Hector Velez. He helped my wife and I with all the finance approval. I strongly recommend Hertz Car Sales Orlando. My wife and I live roughly 600 miles from Orlando, FL. We found their listing online and made the purchase. Victor Lopez was extremely helpful. Being out of state, there was a little worry about purchasing a vehicle we haven't seen in person. But they offer background checks, and their service was great. The process went smoothly. My wife flew from Memphis to Orlando, Hertz picked her up from the airport, she gave them all of the signed documentations (after checking the car to make sure it was everything she wanted) and then she hit the road in her new car! It was an ideal situation working with Hertz (specifically Victor) and again, I highly recommend giving them a call or email if you're ready to purchase a vehicle. Great service, great prices, great cars.

I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu from Hertz Auto Sales in Orlando. I am very happy with my auto overall. I was, however disappointed by 2 things. The car was advertised to have bluetooth (the window sticker listed bluetooth as an option). When I asked how the bluetooth worked I was told it did not work because of the On Star installed in the car. I researched, called GM and found that the car in fact was not equipped with bluetooth from the factory. I was very disappointed and called the dealer. I was then told that none of the Hertz cars had bluetooth and they could not help me install it. I feel let down because I feel I was deceived. Maybe the salesperson was unaware how bluetooth worked but then why change the story? The rest of the experience was pleasant. There was also a slow leak in the right front tire. I would recommend the dealer if you are careful to be clear on what you expect in a vehicle.

I needed a car and fast since my previous was totaled in an accident. I was tired out from looking, going from dealer to dealer, test driving cars, working with salespeople. Quite by chance, I located Hertz Sales on the internet. At the end of one long day (of several) we drove in right before they were going to close. Enter Victor Lopez who I swear must be the most patient guy of all time. He was patient, knew his facts, offered suggestions but was not pushy at all. No problems about closing time, took us out of test drive. Both my husband and I were satisfied. We ended up buying from them after thinking about it for a day. Victor gave us his cell phone and said to call him with questions since he was off the next day. He was there when we picked up the car and took good care of us. We were happy NOT to pay a dealer fee - which were anywhere from 500 to 700 dollars where we were looking. There was no dickering, the price was the price. So makes you think all treated equally One problem - we only got 1 key. It was more of a problem than I realized since I went to Lowe's, Home Depot and Walmart - did not have the blank for my Elantra 2013. Even the locksmith I finally ended up with had to order a blank. Still waiting for a second key.

The only problem I encountered was that I had to make a second trip to Orlando to buy the car since the computer system was down, but that was not under their control. I would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales, I already have one friend thinking about it. I knew the price of the car going in, no negotiating, and it was under Blue Book value, all of which made it a stress-free experience.
