I had a great experience with Raiza diaz (sales consultant). At first I was hesitant because I had a previous repo and was unsure that I would even be approved. Raiza helped me through the process making everything very easy. In the end I was approved! I was really excited! Raiza went above my expectations to see that I could get the best deal/price possible. If and when I decide to get another vehicle I would definitely bring my business here. The car itself is beautiful and in great condition!

I have been searching for the perfect 2012 Jeep Liberty online for over 2 months. Every other site I found had overpriced versions with too many miles. Hertz listed the Jeep I was looking for in the morning and within 24 hours I was driving home in my new car. I drove over 100 miles to check it out and was very pleased to find that everything they said on the phone and every picture on the site was completely accurate. Robert and Kevin were fast, friendly and detailed. They had my paperwork ready to go and the car detailed by the time I arrived. Hertz even valued my trade-in for more money than I had anticipated. I was skeptical to purchase from a used lot associated with a rental car company but no need! This car is certified, very clean and in mint condition. I would absolutely purchase from this dealership again.

DENNIS WILTSHIRE WAS OUTSTANDING. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND EASY TO WORK WITH, HE EXPLAINED THE FEATURES ON THE CAR AS WELL AS THE FINANCE PROCESS. HE WAS ALSO VERY PATIENT AS I CHANGED MY MIND A COUPLE OF TIMES. HE ALSO HELP SUGGEST A VEHICLE THAT MET ALL MY NEEDS. THE FINANCE MANAGER VICTOR WAS EXCELLENT ALSO. I GOT THE PRICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED WITH THE PRODUCTS THAT I WANTED. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO OTHERS.

We went to Florida to help our 20 year old son find and purchase a reliable vehicle within his budget. Dealing with Dennis at Hertz was the best experience ever. Needless to say we spent 3 days going from place to place around the area with our son. After all that, there was no doubt in our mind where not only the best deal was but the best team of people to deal with. It was a great experience and a friendly staff. They wanted to do anything they could to meet us where we needed to be and make the car of our choice work for us. Dennis made it work and Victor put all the numbers together so we could close the deal. From the first phone call Jasmine Graham-Hill and her colleagues were helping me find my car, a VW Passat, at my Cape Canaveral location. This saved me from having to pay for a round-trip taxi to take me (I had no car) to their Orlando facility. Kevin Lynch, her manager, Robert and Anthony Lopez were also on board, taking my calls and answering questions about the rather simple paperwork. The car drives like a dream and was checked out again, beside my own mechanic, by their authorized repair service. The car drives like a dream, a dream come true! Great value and even better service!

I had been looking for a car for months, had bad experiences at car dealerships, and just bought a car at Hertz Car Sales! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a car--there's no pressure, no haggling, just the price listed plus tax and tag prices. It was a wonderful experience, the only catch is the cars go really fast, so be sure to call and schedule a test drive as soon as you see a car you like. Robert Ortiz was a great salesman to work with, he was friendly, helpful, and not pushy like so many car salesmen. Come here if you want a car but don't want the stress of a used car dealership. It's the best place around!

I highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Orlando. No Haggle, no pressure, etc...unlike traditional car dealerships. Go see Dennis Wiltshire, great sales agent. He was very patient with me throughout the process (I took several days to decide on which car). He followed up with me on all requests. Serious folks, this place works, I feel I got a great deal and good car below market value. Also, they are familiar with USAA financing procedures etc...military friendly agent.

Dennis Wiltshire made it happen to buy the car I selected. No pressure, no hard sell, and we are very happy with the car. Victor Lopez got us a lower cost loan than what we had pre-arranged! Didn't plan on purchasing a warranty, but did, as it adds 4 years of worry free coverage, at a very reasonable cost. Did not rate quality of repairs as none needed. If you are looking for a late model car go see them, you'll be glad you did!
