Continually disappointed.

Continually disappointed. This latest case, I made an appointment to take my F150 in and brought it in on the appointed day and time, which was Wednesday at 7:30 AM. It is now Saturday and I have not heard one peep from them on the status or ETA of my vehicle. Upon checking the vehicle in, I got a text saying “If you need anything while your car is here, just reply to this text. So I did reply to that text on Friday afternoon asking for an update…. And never heard anything back. So this is day 4 without.a car, when I’m paying for a car, paying for extended warranty, paying for all the xxxx bells and whistles but I have no car and no communication from this dealership.

Tommy Ellis has been so wonderful to us.

Tommy Ellis has been so wonderful to us. His professional attitude, and attention to detail has surpassed any expectations that we have ever experienced from a car salesman. I have been a customer for at least 8 years, he has never let us down. Thank you Bob Utter for employing such a fantastic salesman. Always honest and up front with us.

Quicklane Tire & Auto is always there to help! My tire light came on, drove straight there, and the car was finished within an hour. Scott G is the best!

My 2011 Kia had a recall.

My 2011 Kia had a recall. When I arrived Tammy greeted me and got things going. She checked on me via text to let me know I could text her back if I needed anything since I was waiting on my car. When the mechanic was done she came and asked if I had time for a car wash. I told her sure and off she went with that same smile as I was greeted with. Coffee and complementary water was available in the waiting area as well. My overall experience was wonderful. If I need anything else I will definitely be going back.

Anthony in the Service department was very helpful.

Anthony in the Service department was very helpful. They had to keep my car longer than planned and made sure that I was informed throughout the entire process. The entire staff on site were kind as well. I highly recommend this dealership.
