Very helpful and friendly people!!

Bought a used car for our daughter and Don our sales person made it a great experience and got us a great deal. Will purchase from them again.

Awesome

I was in the market for a new truck and Brad Kerrigan showed me all of my options and went above and beyond finding me a truck that fit my needs.

AWESOME............Definitely would recommend!!!

Love my new KIA!!! (only marked ford below because it insists that you choose one and kia isn't on the list yet) FASTEST I have EVER completed a car deal. I found the car I wanted online and called them the next morning. After seeing reviews on another site, I knew the salesman I wanted to talk to was Brad Kerrigan. The reviews I had read were ABSOLUTELY correct! I felt like he put my best interest FIRST rather than seeing how little he could give and still get the sale. I was coming from Louisiana to purchase the car. Brad worked with me throughout the day to answer any questions I had, sent pictures, etc via phone and text. Sent me the financial paperwork and took it over to the finance guy, then sent me back what my payments would be. He even discounted the car further to compensate me for the trip to come purchase the car!!! When we arrived we were greeted at the door by name. The paperwork was waiting for us to sign. No waiting around there, and no major trying to pursuade us to add on more stuff to the deal. Chris simply told us what was available, and let us decide - NO pushy high pressure sales pitch! Quick and efficient. After the purchase of the car, their "tech guy," Danny, sat in the car with us and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and how to use them. From arrival at the front door to pulling out of the parking lot with a full tank of gas took only two hours! Everyone we dealt with was simply AWESOME!!! No haggling over price - can't imagine getting a better deal than they offered me!!! Now I'm glad it took a month to find the car I wanted, and the wait was well worth it!!!!!!!

simply awesome!!!

let's see; two emails, 3 phone calls totaling 10 minutes, a text message, and 20 minutes at the dealership... who actually does that? All-around wonderful car buying experience!

I had many car troubles before and felt forced into going to small, local dealerships where I would pay countless dollars and receive only disappointment. I felt at my end with car dealerships, especially since the amount of a Master's degree worth of student loan debt mixed with a slew of bad personal choices at 18 left me with very poor credit. However, less than one year ago, I ventured to Bob Utter Ford Lincoln Kia to speak to Brad Kerrigan, at the reference of my sister. When I first entered Brad's office, we reviewed my situation and finances, and on that day, Brad promised he would find me a car I would love, could afford, and would help me in the credit department. Brad also made a bold dare that in a few months time, he would get me into a brand new car. Honestly, I didn't quite believe in my "car dreams" coming true, but I was wrong! Without giving an entire narrative, Brad achieved what I thought was impossible - he put me in a car I absolutely LOVED within the same week! It was a used car (what I was shopping for), but it was a one-owner, well-maintained luxury model that had an excellent maintenance record so it felt very new to me. Needless to say, I was more than pleased! As with used cars, I encountered a couple of bumps, but Brad promised to take care of me and he did. Issues were fixed with no questions asked and with respect to my time constraints and finances. Overall, the car was an excellent purchase and I had no issues! I got many compliments and remarks about how nice my car was and I loved having something that was finally mine! Brad maintained an open line of communication from the first day of meeting until about 7 months later when he shot me a message that asked how I felt about getting myself a brand NEW car. Skeptic me thought this impossible, but Brad had a plan and if anyone could do it, I believed Brad could! Long story short, Brad worked day in and day out and tirelessly to get me a car I could both afford and love. 7 months ago I was in a car I loved and on my birthday this year, Brad gave me a gift I never thought possible - a brand new, never driven, straight from the show room Kia Optima at both a price that was unbeatable and with amenities that I love! Coming from a family where "new car" had never happened before, this was a tremendous milestone for me! Brad kept his promise - to get me a car I loved, could afford, and was helping my credit, but he also built a tremendous bridge of loyalty and helped me achieve what I never thought possible for myself. It is a world of mirrors out there, especially when dealing with car dealerships and salesmen, but at Bob Utter, what you see is what you get and it is nothing short of excellent professionalism, superb customer service, dependability, and above all, extreme loyalty. I recently recommended my mother (who hates shopping for anything, by the way!) and she purchased a car from Brad as well, with the same extreme ease, happiness, and professionalism I received. From start to finish, the friendly staff at Bob Utter made me feel at home and completely at ease with my first ever new car purchase. From the car savvy of my salesman Brad Kerrigan, to the kindness of the receptionist Amy Pierce, to Chris McClour and Dustin McCormack who made signing the paperwork efficient, thorough, and fast, and to the awesome tech specialist, Danny Smith, who helped me set up everything in my car and was also able to thoroughly answer all of my questions - the entire experience (3 times - with my first car, new car, and with my mother's purchase) were nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend Bob Utter, and supremely recommend Brad Kerrigan for your car buying needs. I am not one to ever leave reviews unless it is absolutely necessary, and I feel this awesome company and this wonderful man deserve every ounce of good business. Our family is blessed to call Brad Kerrigan and the wonderful staff at Bob Utter our family!

3rd Purchase at Bob Utter Ford

This was my 3rd purchase from Bob Utter Ford. I've always had a great experience from both the sales and service department. There's certainly a reason why I continue to buy my cars here. Purchase of 2012 Ford Focus SE

This was my second buying experience and it was even better the second time. I feel I received a good value for my purchase. My salesman, Tommy Altman, is the best.
