Never buying a kia again

I have a 2015 kia forte koup with 64000 miles and it broke on me. I took my car to viva kia and try to get it fix. I got denied because I didn't show enough maintenance records. I had 3 maintenence records that wasn't enough for them

Pushing service is not the way you sell a car

Pushed to try to get the car and then giving me a bad offer for mine not fair .then texting and texting to get me to go in and not only that they run your credit 6 times come on now I wanted to know the price for trade in first and they still ran my credit
