I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the salesman left much to be desired! He started out by quoting us the wrong price for the vehicle, his promises were never fulfilled, and he completely fitted the description of a "used car salesman"! However, the rest of the staff have proven to be very friendly and professional. Our thanks to them, especially the Service Department and Finance Manager!

Do not trust this guy's they will steal your money.

Do not trust this guy's they will steal your money. Geno and Juan are the ones who will take your money. They haven't return $400 and I didn't even purchase a car from them. It's been over a month and they try to hide from you. What a shame!

Wanted to buy two vehicles, one built plug in SUV and the

Wanted to buy two vehicles, one built plug in SUV and the other a smaller SUV. Due to customer experience and lack of communication, we had to look at other dealerships. We are still waiting for a response on out deposit as both sales agent and manager told us they will look into it and never called back. We called and left a note with reception a few times but Juan never called back. Never want to go to a viva location or purchase a Kia.

Great customer service!

Manny was very helpful during the whole buying process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at a price/payment I was comfortable with. Manny is very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Thanks Manny!

xxx 10000 over sticker

Wanting to charge 10,000 over sticker for the Kia ev6 and niro suvs wonder if the banks knew that or have that listed on the invoice if they would continue to sell them . I have bought many cars in my life never would I pay over sticker for a car that has no trade value . Just my 2 cents good luck in your car shopping due your research take your time as most dealer will tell each other time kills deals . Shop around dealerships will ship to you you don’t have to by from home town dealers

Kia sport 2018

The customer service is terrible, there are no people who receive you, you wait a lot. They don't ask for authorization to make repairs and they want to charge double what they say they would charge. They don't do the service and they charge it like they do. 2 times they told me that they had done services and I came back for the same failure and it turned out that they themselves said that it had not been done. They have changed a part to my truck and I keep waiting for the same one again. The Manager is very rude and despises besides that he does not say that he cannot speak with the clients because he does not understand Spanish. I understand that it is not an obligation to know the language but the way in which he expresses it to the client is very bad as well as the treatment he gives to the employees in front of the clients.
