Friendly salesman and answered all the questions I had. Lucas went out of his way to make sure I understood the differences between the gas engine vehicles I was used to and the EV I wanted to buy. My only knock for the process was after I said I wasn't interested in a service plan they pushed it several more times. All in all would do business with them again.

Really appreciate Jo and Jobe's help. They made my experience as a first time buyer (at a dealership) really easy. They heard what I wanted in a car and loan and found me both of what I wanted. Jo didn't make me feel pressured to make any decision I wasn't okay with and would inform me about decisions that I could change after the deal was made as well.

Steve Lyle leads a service team that is top-notch: returns calls promptly, successfully addresses issues that I mention and discusses others that may appear after inspections, provides loaners or transportation if the work requires more time than I allow for waiting and readily orders accessories I request for the car (e.g., battery charger). A big plus is that the guys are polite, friendly but still professional. As an Alfa owner I greatly appreciate the service department having an Alfa technician on staff. Compared to service departments I've used at other car dealerships, this one is the best by far.
