Genesis of Portland

My recent service experience at Genesis of Portland was excellent in the following ways: 1) Michael was courteous and efficient: 2)the service technician did everything he was supposed to do carefully and well. I do have a big gripe. After 25 years with Lexus, the service center atmosphere from garage to waiting area to snacks is a distinct comedown and quite disappointing.

Great salesperson, not pushy, follow up and communication were excellent. In and out of the dealership is n a short period of time.

The Dealer provided a hassle free, friendly environment. Chris was well informed regarding the vehicle as well as options for finanacing. Finanace staff was very knowledgeable and helful. Great experience.!

Moon was amazing as a professional, knowledgeable sales person. His willingness to help and patient sealed the deal. Finance meeting was actually enjoyable! Five stars for excellent staff!

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and was disappointed my salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the car I expressed interest in. Although Mike M. was quite friendly and easy to work with, he lacked some basic information about key features of the vehicle that I ended up having to Google to obtain. I realize he hasn't worked there long, but he should have been better trained.
