I would have to say my experience working with Chris was probably the best I’ve had with a car salesperson. Patient, informative, and totally relaxed in his approach to supporting me and my decision-making regarding all aspects of the purchase. Shout out to Chris! Absolutely the best experience! Went to the dealership looking to replace my Tesla Model S as the lease is almost up. My wife saw a GV80 and fell in love with it. Ended up getting a GV80 for her and will be getting a G80 Electrified for me! Cars and service are unparalleled in quality and value! Dillon is the best rep I have ever worked with!! I had a very good experience work with Evan. It took him some time to locate the color combination that I was looking for and while sticking to it found one in CA and had it shipped. It was worth the wait. Evan spent a good amount of time acquainting me with the technology and has stayed in touch since to make sure that I had any questions. I had the car less than a week before leaving on a three week road trip. Over two weeks in it has been a great auto. I will need my first service when I return to Salem and look forward to the experience

Our salesperson, Alan, really delivered on this vehicle transaction. Going above and beyond on many occasions to champion the deal to a close. Alan is the primary reason I leave this positive review, and I would travel to Genesis of Portland again (from SEA) to purchased a vehicle. Additionally, their vendor relationships are very high quality. We opted for an Xpel PPF package and it is absolutely expertly installed. I have had prior Xpel installer experiences, and this was by far the highest quality of them all. That says something about the overall status of this particular dealership. Alan was away on the day I took delivery and Evan stepped in and had me in and out of the door in literally 20 minutes. He was that prepared with everything. The car was perfect and I left pretty much < 10 minutes later. I had flown in from the East Coast and needed to drive the 3 hours home. So, getting on the road quickly and with as little hassle as possible was truly appreciated.
