Efficient and friendly service!

Minimum wait time and good communication during the process. Appreciated the car wash! Great service on both routine maintenance and warranty work. Nice that our dog was welcome, too!

Could not have asked for a better sales person

2015 Mini Cooper s

Walked in to buy a used 2010 Mini Cooper and ended buying a newer 2015 Mini Cooper S. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Kudos to Anna and German appreciate friendly conversations and knowledge on the 2015 Mini Cooper S.

It’s the little things that count.

My experience to say the least was a far cry from what I expected. Buying a car is usually a grueling task, but, in all honesty, I enjoyed every second of my time at the dealership. The process, in its entirety, was straightforward, and the employees were more than accommodating. I couldn’t be happier.

Service

In preparation for my track day tomorrow with Philip Anthony WIcks I came by MINI of Wesley Chapel for a tech check. Bad news is I need engine mount and control arm bushing. GOOD NEWS is that it’s all covered under warranty, good idea getting extended warranty, and it will be ready for in time for my drive to Sebring this afternoon. Thanks to Jorge for getting this taken care of.
