Great easy buying experience

Anna was super friendly and helpful. She was able to help me set up everything at a distance. I just came in, signed the papers and was good to go. The car was perfect and was waiting for me when I arrived. The dealership experience was as straightforward as can be. No pressure tactics. I highly recommend Anna Carlson and MINI of Wesley Chapel for your MINI buying experience.

Painless smooth buying experience

So, basically, I found the truck I wanted in the Morgan Auto group network of dealers, called and let Rick and Jusvani know that it was in Port Richey, they went and got it, made sure it was clean and ready and went and picked it up the next day. They previewed the credit, got me the financing I wanted, I gave them the keys to my old truck, and walked out and got in my 2014 F150, the entire visit was maybe 2 hours. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks guys!

Fenomenal

It was a spectacular service, from the way they treated me, the orientation, clarified all my doubts, helpful. I want to thank Jorge who saw me a little worried and had the right words to help me with the MINI.

Amazing Service

On a recent trip to Sebring International Raceway for the Phil Wicks Driving Academy another driver from Georgia blew out his clutch. I put his MINI on a trailer and headed to MINI of Wesley Chapel. This is the dealer I use. I called and they were ready for him late Saturday. Knowing he was a long way from home and had another track day scheduled, the service team stayed and had him on the road that night! GEREAT service, GREAT team! Thanks MINI of Wesley Chapel!

WOW!!!

This place is Great!! I took my used car in with every problem possible, it just wouldn’t go!! Although I didn’t buy my car from them they immediately put me in a brand new 2019 cooper as a loaner(FREE)! Just got my car back today and WOW what a change. It runs great, and is to me like a new car!! Great job and am so happy!!

Was sold a Lemon

I bought a 2008 Mini cooper with 60k miles in May the car has been in the shop 3 times since I drove it home. On the first trip to the Mini Dealership in my home state 2 weeks after the car was purchased, I was told that the car had been treated with engine goo to mask engine problems and that I would most likely need a new engine soon. But they flushed out the engine and got me back on the road. I tried to reach the Wesley Chapel dealership and my phone calls were not returned. Two trips later -and at 5 months of ownership the service department tells me that my engine is dead. The long block has no compression in the cylinders and that now it would cost 9,254 dollar to replace the engine. There is absolutely no way Wesley Chapel Mini did not know this engine was bad. Do not buy from them unless you have money to burn. KPhillips of GA

Efficient

Service and sales are tops. Was in and out very quickly. Work was done very well. I would highly recommend to anyone. Car wash was a nice bonus

Super helpful!

Jusvani was so helpful and made it easy to consider the car I want and explained everything to make it easier to understand. This is my third mini and I love it already!
