Amazing customer service

We went to the dealership to get a car and had the opportunity to be helped by Anna Carlson. She was amazing and very helpful. She was nice and helped us get the best deal on the car. The managers were very nice and helpful as well. They made the experience easy and pleasant. I would highly recommended this dealership to anyone.

Great Service

I came to Mini of Wesley Chapel today looking for a specific vehicle. I worked with Pete and Eric. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle that I was looking for. This is a great dealership that knows how to treat customers. I would highly recommend.

Awesome Dealership

Friendly, Personable Team

I went in for maintenance on my Mini Cooper S. Excellent service from the team. Eric, Brett et al, all are very personable making the chore a pleasant one. I also replaced my treadless tires at a very good price. What's more, they don't "push" stuff you don't really need (unlike so many other dealers).

Happy customer

Had a fantastic buying experience, it was more like hanging out with friends than buying a car. Got an excellent price on the new Mini, and a great price for my trade. They had more of a selection on the model i was looking for than any other dealer. Cant say enough about the people there, from the Service Manager to the Finance Manager everyone was great. Our Salesman Tony was great. If your in the market for a new or used car check out the crew at Mini of wesley Chapel. Very happy customer.

Purchase Experience was a 10

One of our best buying experiences in 40 years of buying cars. Found what we liked via the web at a sale price, but dealer was a couple of hours away. Phone call verified availability and the price ... some add on's to price were mentioned but I made a "buy it today" offer that was quickly negotiated so we drove over. I'd have to say I was ready for SOMETHING to crop up to boost the price. That did not happen. Our 'helper' Chris Alba quickly saw we were serious, no nonsense buyers and conveyed that to the required 'sales managers' ..... We did not quite hit my target of "in and out in 1 hour" ... but we left happy and Mrs (it is her car) feels no buyer's remorse after 2 weeks ..... A FIRST!

Chris Alba is the best salesman we have had the pleasure of meeting ,very knowlegable and has a winning personality always with a smile and very well mannered we came for a used car and ended up with a new one and love it

Professionalism

I have to say one of the best car buying experiences ever. I inquired on-line regarding a Mini S that Mini of Wesley Chapel had. Within minutes I received a call and an email from the Internet Director Anthony. He was very professional on the phone an appointment was set. When I arrived the car that I was interested in was pulled up in front of the dealership. Anthony came out and welcomed me, thoroughly explain the features of the car. Went for a test drive was very impressed of the cars performance. The entire process of the transaction was explained to me in detail by Anthony. I left knowing I was treated well and got a great automobile from this dealership. I will definitely come back.
