The cost to have something fixed or bought is about twice

The cost to have something fixed or bought is about twice any where else. Cost of another key for car is right at $ 500.

The vehicle was not properly inspected.

The vehicle was not properly inspected. The entire frame was rusted and when we asked about it, we were told that no one at the dealership was aware of it. If the oil had been changed and the truck inspected like we were told, someone would have noticed the terrible damage to the frame. The dealership then told us to come back and they would buy the truck back from us, and when we got there, we were told that they wouldn’t be able to buy it but only trade it for a more expensive truck. When we told them we wanted the same payments for the other truck, we were told we were unreasonable. When we asked why they told us to come back to the dealership for them to buy it back and then changed their minds, we were told that they really just wanted to get us there to see if we’d trade. They never had intentions of buying it back. So then we had not only bought a lemon, but we’d missed multiple days of work while going back and forth with the dealership. It was a complete nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them! They did eventually pay to have the frame repaired, but not before causing a lot of stress and anxiety for us.

James is hands down one of the best I’ve ever dealt with.

James is hands down one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to get us not what we thought we going to get, but better. We will be dealing with him again.

My wife brought it in and handed them a index card

My wife brought it in and handed them a index card stating oil ,filter and rotate tires when she to desk it was $45 charge for an air filter that was not ask for.
