Had a service due on my truck and took it to Tony Serra

Had a service due on my truck and took it to Tony Serra Nissan. The immediate impression was great. My service advisor, Mandolyn P, met with me and discussed the service details and took care of my vehicle. She was exceptional, professional, and courteous. Definitely a change from most dealership service departments. I was called when the service was complete and the truck was brought to me. Incredible experience I wasn't used to getting this treatment. Thanks again.

This was the first time that I used this dealership.

This was the first time that I used this dealership. My previous dealership was always too busy to return my calls for a service appointment. The customer service was great and the tuneup has helped improve my mileage. I definitely have a new dealership for my Pathfinder now!

Showed me two cars both had body damage and wanted a lot

Showed me two cars both had body damage and wanted a lot of money for both. Ended up buying one hoping the dealership would fix it but they refused to do so.
