I was involved in an MVA & my car was a total loss; which put me in the bittersweet situation of car shopping. Infiniti was the first stop my husband made. He was greeted by Chris Cheung, who was very friendly & helpful. He was not pushy, but rather informative! Chris' impression was so great that my husband insisted on bringing me. As we were looking around the following day, we were greeted by Chase Lapeyrouse; who was also very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all questions in a professional but friendly manner; which made us very comfortable! We were able to test-drive a car without feeling like we had to make a purchase. I wasn't totally sold because I still wanted to "look around for something else!" Needless to say, we were back the very next day!! Chase made the credit app & approval process very easy and hassle-free. We were approved in minutes with an incredible interest rate & affordable monthly note. I was in the search for two vehicles. One used and one new. Daniel was very patient in our search. I did buy a used BMW and will not buy new until July.

As I arrived at Infiniti I was met by a nice young lady named Jackie Rodriguez, then I was introduced to a very nice guy named Luay Alshehabi. He was very friendly guy. He was detacated to his job and the customer. I enjoyed working with him and I think he treated me fairly. I give him an excellent rating.
